Cabinet Mania

Hello, My name is Darrell Stone. I ordered a kitchen sink form Cabinet Mania and was surprised that I had to pay via online check. I have an order number from the purchase but no confirmation of my order and the check has been printed and cashed. I expected to hear something from this company by now 5 business days after the purchase. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before my purchase and the phone number is bogus. I hope I'm wrong and will need to come back with and apology review in a day or so. If not I will fight to get my money back!

I did hear from Cabinet Mania today via email (I had provided my phone number) on the 6th business day after I placed my order. I was promised a full refund and a cancelation of my order. I am happy with this arrangement (as I did have some concerns) and will take down my review after I receive my promised refund.

Cabinet Mania has yet to get my refund to me after cancelling my order late last month. They promised an immediate cancellation (due to my unfavorable review of them and how they do business). I asked what I should expect for how I'd get my refund and they stated via check in the mail. I then asked when should I expect to receive my check and they referred me to there terms and conditions. This is the kind of stuff that makes people get suspicious about your business practices. Ever heard of customer service an a sense of urgency when it comes to other peoples money!
I highly urge anyone planing on doing business with this company to test their tolerance for BS. I still expect my refund and will take measures to get it back!

Can anyone say scam? How they were able to get online Walmart as a vendor is beyond me. Ordered the cabinets, received a tracking number but FedEx never received any packages. Contacted Walmart directly, they provided me with the fulfillment company (Cabinet Mania) contact information and the phone is disconnected, google searched the phone number, pulled up their google listing and HOLY COW it looks like the scam, anyone. That phone number was also disconnected. I emailed the email they list in their responses for orders and guess what, no response there either.

I ordered through Walmart but was being shipped by Cabinet Mania. Received a Fed Ex tracking number but Fed Ex never received the item. Fed Ex has a memo that says received shipping info and 3 weeks later it still says that! Walmart is refunding my money as Cabinet Mania never responded to their calls, emails or my emails. Wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. They can claim fake reviews but my experience is the same as all these other people!

Your reply is not true! The Walmart website says the shipment comes direct from you, their customer service reps said the same thing and I waited on hold for a half hour while they tried to call you. Additionally, the email with a tracking number came from you and from your city.

I have no issue with Walmart; they canceled my order and refunded my money!

Run just run. They'll give you a fake tracking number and never answer thier phones or emails. It's been four weeks and no word on when my cabinets will arrive.

BIG FAKE ONLINE PORTAL!!! This is the fake/worst/cheating online portal where they try to cheat people with big discounts. I ordered for items worth of $700 in July 12th 2019. They said items will be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. Items were not shipped even after 8 weeks. I sent couple of emails, no response. I tried to recover the money through my bank. But, my bank was not able to recover the money since cabinet-mania orders were placed using account/routing numbers. Its been 5 months, Order has been cancelled but no refund yet. Contact number in the website will not be reachable. No response to emails.

I ordered $15,489 worth of cabinets from them. Nice quality and I would recommend them but I did have 3 cabinets damaged. Obviously it鈥檚 not their fault it鈥檚 the shipping company. But a bit disappointed. Besides that I would give them 5 stars

Ordered a cabinet from their website on 10/6/2018, expecting it to be shipped within 2-4 weeks as stated on their website. Waited over 3 months with no deliver, some inquires are not answered, when they were they said "Great news! It will ship week of xx/xx/xxxx" (was given 3 different dates that never happened". Finally requested cancellation of order and a refund. They said they would issue full refund 30 days after cancellation. They confirmed order cancelled on 2/11/2019 (a week after my request), still have not received refund as of 6/6/2019. Have made complaints to BBB, FTC, and Indiana Attorney General's office. I say "they" in referring to the company but no names were ever given in communication with company. Research at Indiana secretary of state shows Cabinet Mania LLC has a sole member who is Frank M LaMark who uses a "virtual address" in Wisconsin. The business address 2158 45th St #206 Highland, IN 46322, is a post box at a UPS store.

Alan I to have experienced this same issue with Cabinet Mania. This company is a FRAUD!!! It took me 4 months to receive my money back and two written letters from my lawyer. It cost me just as much in lawyer fees as it did for my product ordered but it was worth it! People need to know about the scams they are running. They too offered me a discounted price to direct wire them the payment.

Lesson learned any ANYONE considering using cabinet mania RUN!!!

Alan let me know where else you have posted so I can follow up on those sites as well! Us consumers need to stick together and get these FRAUDS shut down.

Do not order from this company. They offer a discounted price if you direct pay from your checking account. Its been 7 weeks and and all they do is promise future delivery!

If you look at other reply's from Cabinet Mania you will see this is their "Canned" response. They did offer me 20% off Only if I paid without a credit card and did a direct bank withdrawal. Obviously this was a poor choice on my part but I thought since Wayfair, Wal mart, Sears and other reputable companies did business with them it would be safe. The point is they do not deny that I have paid in full for their product and they have not delivered. Again do not buy from this company and please call their partners such as Wal Mart and Wayfair and let them know they should not do business with a rip off company. Please contact me if you have has similar experience's with this company.

I ordered two bathroom vanity cabinets in May 2018. The website stated that they were in stock and I would receive them in 2-4 weeks. After waiting over six weeks, I was told they were back ordered. Long story short, it鈥檚 been over 10 MONTHS and I have not received my cabinets or the refund I requested.

I still want these cabinets – I would accept my money back or the cabinets, getting no response or assistance from this company. No one answers their phone, and when they do respond to emails, they continue to lie and lead me on, promising me that I will receive a check in the mail…….DO NOT ORDER FROM CABINET MANIA!!!!!!

Update regarding their response: I NEVER received a check. I gave them my correct address SEVERAL TIMES! They are scam artists – search the web and you will see many other reviews like mine.

UPDATE: Yes I was reimbursed for the cabinets. Still was a traumatic experience but I DID GET REIMBURSED FINALLY.
