Unfortunately I placed an order on this online shop associated to a furniture shop and art gallery in Nyon, CH, with plenty of culural and commercial activities, at least according to their facebook page. I created my account, I paid with my credit card but I didn鈥檛 receive the email confirmation for my order. Therefore I tried to contact them by email or calling their telephone number and it took 10 days to have an answer. The person I finally spoke to (at my expense being an international call) was very nice and offered me a solution. She committed to deliver the items personally on a certain date 4 weeks later. She even sent me an email apologising again for the inconvenience and asking to reconsider my bad review. Some days before the delivery date I started to send emails asking for a confirmation (they Are not answering the phone). They didn't bother to answer. In the same days their Facebook page was full of leisure and cultural activities and trips abroad they were enjoying with the family. Today, the delivery date, we are spending an entire sunny Saturday at home waiting for a delivery that so far (mid afternoon) has not arrived.
