Same story as (it seems) every other reviewer has experienced. Ordered a month ago, took them over a week to even (supposedly) put in a shipper's hands, and I've still not received this item. They somehow feel entitled to co-opt the "CA" designation, pretending they're Canadian, but make no mistake, here the "ca" stands for China.

I got my product today. Ordered on May 4. long wait for the product:(

In Early April, I ordered an adapter for my daughter's laptop, which she needs for her university. Though the company was quick to respond with my account setup, and processing my credit card, they have been poor in both transparency and honesty with the process of preparing, shipping of the product, and communication. Almost two months later the product has just arrived in Customs, despite emails from the company, indicating it was in fact Canada Post's possession. No product, no transparency. This company should not be in business. Stay away.

Similar situation as all other reviews. Order initiated May 10 with promise of a 7-10 day delivery. Company gets a tracking no, and pretends it has given the item for mailing. Tracking shows thar the PO has not received the package. Looks like another ripoff situation.

I am not going to order any more from this company. When I bought the item, it said takes 6 to 7 business days to arrive, but after 3 weeks, still I didn鈥檛 get it. And they don鈥檛 respond my emails

I bought from this website only cause it offered Paypal as payment method.

1.) Immediately after purchase, I got suspicious due to below reasons:
a.) Company name is different on the website, on my paypal purchase list
b.) Their email id is masked and is just a gmail address.
c.) Their website mentioned its a Canadian site with Canadian physical address. But, if you dig deeper, seems its some foreign site masking as a Canada site.
d.) No support number to call.

2. They did not send a invoice email or confirmation email. I sent them an email on 17th requesting details.

3. On 26th April, they replied stating items shipped via Canada Post and Tracking – Looked up tracking number, label created on 26th Apr but never shipped. Even today its not shipped.

4. In their email and on their website, they clearly state item is shipped and will reach in 7 days. Seems, like a fraudulent activity as they never shipped and never provided any updates. No support number to call and product not shipped after 23 days.

Beware and don't buy from them.

Do not order from this company!!! I have ordered (2) samsung galaxy tablet chargers since March and still have not received them. I was sent two different numbers, on the same email, to track my order, I was not able to track with either one, as well the post office said the tracking numbers didn't exist!!!

I have emailed this company a couple of times and I cannot get any response!!! And the funds have come out of my account as soon as I placed my order.

I am very angry and frustrated with this. I will not be ordering from this company ever again!!

Took three weeks to ship an item, even though cancelled next day still processed order and now refuses to do return on brand new item which took a MONTH to get here. Answers emails after a week or more, then stops bothering to answer at all. Goes in circles and avoids any accountability.

Avoid Avoid avoid. No phone number and email is a gmail. Transaction was without receipt and the email response to "setting up account" cant be replied to contains further inaccurate information. The site also restricts deleting your information.

I ordered a battery 10 days ago, but no any update about delivery.
I sent few emails in the past few days but no response at all.
I have no idea when I will receive my order.

Please avoid this company. They pretend to be located in Canada, and even have fake Canadian address on their website, however they are in China and all the goods are shipped from there. Shipping time to Canada is almost 2.5 months, not 5 to 10 business days as they advertised. I ended up opening a case at PayPal resolution centre to make them finally ship my item to me. Fraudulent company, very disrespectful to clients. Poorest communication. You'll spend a lot of time and make a lot of efforts just to make them ship your purchase to you. Avoid at all means!!!

Ordered a new battery for my laptop. Was a bit worried after reading the reviews here. A week after the order, I had not seen a shipping notice, so I contacted them through their web site. Got a response the same day, saying the battery had shipped and that I would get an email when they received a tracking number. Never received another email so I was becoming skeptical.Took another 2 weeks, but the brand new battery arrived and is working just fine.

Got a laptop battery

Long story short it鈥檚 been way way longer than it should take still no package !

Sent 9 emails and had one reply after 2 weeks. Was supplied with a tracking number that does not work . And none of my questions were answered

Have a feeling I won鈥檛 see it

I ordered an original Asus adapter from these guys and clearly specified I needed a North American adapter. Instead they sent me a knockoff adapter with an EU plug. I of course got back to them immediately about it, but never heard back from them for several weeks (apparently they had gone on vacation).

After trying to negotiate with them for nearly 2 months, they refused to give me a refund unless I sent the adapter back to them in China from Canada at my expense – the cost of this shipment alone exceeds the original cost of my order.

Other than sometimes replying to my email and repeating the same thing over and over, these people were incredibly stubborn, incompetent and unhelpful.

Probably the worst online purchase I have ever made.

The product is great; very happy with it. Very good service.

Purchase charger that was claimed to be Brand New. Charger came and has corrosion and rust in the usb ports. Reached out to them and was told it was caused due to moisture during transit and refuse refund or replacement. They lie about their 12month warranty and 30day moneyback guarantee. Items comes from China. Do not be deceived like me. Avoid them if you don't want to go through the hassle and headache.

Sold me a $77.87 laptop battery, which never arrived (4 months and waiting). After much stalling (months), they said it came back to them and they could resend it for another $12. I refused based on principle. They weren't helpful.

I purchased an adapter from this site. They sent me the wrong adapter. After some communication it became clear to them that they had sent the wrong one. After that I heard noting back from them. They would not return my money nor send me the correct adapter.
