Great customer service

I was not happy with the quality or fit of the clothes. However, when I emailed the company they would not let me return the items and would not give me a full refund. After sending several emails complaining about Cabeol's customer service, they finally said they'd refund me $27. My total order was $74 so I was NOT happy with this resolution.

I love this shirt. It has such a unique pattern and really suits my creative style. It does run a little small. Next time, I would probably buy the next size up for more a comfortable fit.

I purchased 4 sweaters and they are amazing! I bought 2 small and 2 medium. I鈥檓 5鈥? and 120lbs. I like my tops loose so I wasn鈥檛 sure which size to buy. I wear all of them, the smalls are perfect, not at all tight and work great with jeans. The mediums I do a french tuck with and wear with dress pants for work.
I can鈥檛 wear normal sweaters because I鈥檓 always hot but these are light weight and perfect. I鈥檓 shocked by the quality for the price. Would buy again!

The clothing material is not comfortable at all, it's very cheap. I ordered three different options in size medium. And can't wear any of them. The colours are not the same as shown online. Returning items is not designed to even be possible. My items shipped from Toronto but would be returned to Dubai. That's how they try to deter you from return because shipping charges are at your cost. I was instantly offered $17 refund and after a few back and fourths they increased it to $25. I wouldn't recommend ordering here is a scam.

The shirt is really cute and comfy. Get lots of compliments on it 🙂

Due to covid it took a long time, but customer service was prompt and polite. Great tops! Very happy with them!

The shirt was a good fit. The pattern/design is similar to the one I saw online but, not quite the same. When I ordered the shirt, I didn鈥檛 pay attention to the fabric composition details and was a bit surprised with it when it came. The picture made me think it would have been a lighter, almost mesh type fabric composition but, it was just a smooth fabric which I鈥檓 assuming is polyester. I may have not seen the fabric details, and when it arrived I was slightly surprised how it looked. It鈥檚 a nice top, just not quite how it appears in the picture.

The items all fit perfectly and are of high quality and they all arrived In good time. I will definitely shop here again!
