So I call the second time in 2 days about where is my order I placed 15 days ago. First women said she would get back and absolutely nothing. But what is new here. So this women has so many inconsistencies in what she told me and was wrong each and every time I asked her a question. She insisted I was not charged as it said it was shipped (but never was) and explained that Cabella's "could (GET THIS) not keep track of each and every order that comes out of the warehouse and they just wait for the customer to call)AM I HEARING THIS CORRECTLY????? SAY WHAT???!? I asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me it would take at least 4 days and more for a callback. Because I corrected her on all her wrong answers,..she said she did not like my attitude. I told her I do not like being told one thing when it is completely the opposite of what she is telling me. She than talked to her supervisor (the one that could not talk to me for 4 plus days,…that one),…and said it would be expedited. Now I read all the 1 stars on hold crap so bad Cabella's online service is. I was in the store and could have picked it up 2 weeks ago. I WILL BE RETURNING THIS AFTER I LET THEM PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. THEN I AM GOING TO RETURN EVERY PRODUCT (BOUT $500.) AND TELL THEM TO GO GET STUFFED.
