I did research the company and reviews which were a mixed bag yet still I decided to risk it. Ordered a simple yet beautiful Vera Wang dress.
Customer service and ordering process was great and professional, all of my questions were answered. Shipment and delivery was ok but I did not get any shipment notifications and the package just showed up after 2.5 weeks.
The dress looked nothing like the picture – poor and cheap material, did not sit well at all even though all measurements were provided in advance. It was a complete let down and the dress is unwearable.

Save your time and money, go to David's Bridal and find smth of superior quality you can try on/buy. They (David's) have their own exclusive line and you can find a dress for $200. I did.

OH.MY.GOODNESS. I can't say enough good things about this company. I bought a dress and it was too small, the return process was seamless and simple. Well, it got delivered to my house the day my mail was stolen and it took me 2 weeks to realize it. They verified my mail was stolen and SENT ME A NEW DRESS AT NO CHARGE! Who does that?! I recommend 100xs over! Top of the line customer service!

I ordered the Ruffle-Trim Chiffon Faux-Wrap and thought since their website shows the exact same picture/model/dress as David's Bridal, then it must be the same dress. I was wrong, it is not the same dress! The fabric is cheap and the liner has two layers plus chiffon, so the dress hangs heavy and feels gross. There is weird chest padding sewn in extra high, which doesn't work for busty women. I received the dress quickly and the company did respond to my complaint via email, but they pushed me to take it to a local tailor which I didn't find helpful since no alteration would make the dress appealing. I paid $130 for dress and shipping. I would have much rather spent $150 on the beautiful, authentic David's Bridal dress.

LOVE THIS DRESS, LOVE THIS COLOR. Absolutely beautiful. Great quality. I bought them just to see what it looked like in person before I told all my girls to buy any. I hope this will work out for my wedding because the color was stunning and exactly what I was looking for! Easy returns, wonderful customer service. 100% recommend

I ordered a " Chiffon Long Two Pieces 948697 Style Mother of the Bride Dress" trouser suit for my daughter's wedding. I was nervous after seeing some of the negative reviews, but they had exactly what I was looking for, that I couldn't find in UK, so decided to go for it. I had a stylist on hand, through the chat feature, to help me with any queries as I was measuring up (had custom size) and she even gave me a discount as I got to checkout. Later that day I received a message querying one of the measurements (I'd done it wrong) and gave me the opportunity to send in correct measurement. The order was shipped a little earlier than estimated and I was able to track the delivery process through out. They even include the customs charges (UK) in the cost of the outfit (which makes it even better value that it already is) I am so pleased with the outfit. It really is beautifully made, including hand sewn embellishments on the edging of the chiffon coat. If the opportunity arises for me to buy a special outfit again I definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy from them. Thank you CA-WEDDINGDRESS.COM. Great Job 🙂

I order a "Long Mesh Dress with Illusion Neckline Style F15927 Bridesmaid Dresses ". Had it made to measure very quick customer service re query over one of my measurements which wasn't right ,they were correct I had taken it incorrectly .Opted for express delivery which was very quick and easy to track .Outfit arrived today as it's come from China a little creased but packaged very well .One note of caution when measuring your size add an extra inch to waist ,bust , and hips as the garments are made to fit exactly to size and having ordered from China before I know by adding the extra inch it makes for a more comfortable looser fit.dress are a little long but that's easily resolved .Looks lovely on very elegant design husband loves it so do I

Cheap material, made in China, not CANADA or UK!!!!

I received one and no matter I asked an Ivory they sent the White one COMPLETELY different dress, made from cheap materials and tailoring is disgusting!
Just imagine, 2 weeks before my wedding!!!!!

But the most ridiculous thing, that they do not return money!!!!!!
I said that I would like to send the dress back immediately and get my money back!

But Jack Loner, that I was contacting with offered me to return 50% and to keep the dress! Now imagine what was the initial price of this dress -150$????
Looks like 50$!

Anyway, I already ordered an original dress from Vera Wang for 600$ it's better to pay more but to wear a WEDDING dress on your special day, not a CHEAP CHINESE DRESS for middle schoolers graduation!!!!!! You can't even imagine how awful it looks! I would like to share the pictures but there is no option 🙁

I said I want a full refund and so Jack disappeared and never got back to me again.

These guys are scammers, using different beautiful pictures and selling some Chinese cheap stuff!!!

Don't buy from them! It's not a casual summer dress to take a risk! It's your WEDDING!!!!

The company is in China, no Canada. There is no phone number, but they did respond to my email within 24 hours. I did receive an email asking me to confirm the information on the measurement and my address. I was asked when I needed the dress buy and I did tell them a week before I needed it. We received the two weeks before prom.the dress arrived in a shipping bag with nothing protecting the dress, so thankfully nothing happened to it. The dress is beautiful although not the color she wanted. That where the website failed, there where no pictures of the colors. After all that the dress was too big on the top, with no time to alter it and we had to go buy another dress at a store. I wish we could send the dress back, but we can't.

After reading so many of these bad reviews I became completely nervous of the outcome. I emailed ca-weddingdress by the email address they had provided on there website and they replied within 24 hours. They were extremely helpful and polite and I was very happy with their service. After only 2 and a half weeks like they stated on their website my dress had arrived. The dress came exactly as ordered and It was exactly like the picture. The material was chiffon as I had wanted and the stitching was good, and it was better than I could have imagined (due to having such a bad image in my head from the previous reviews). I'm so glad I ordered my dress from CA-WEDDINGDRESS.COM and would recommend them! Could not have asked for anything better!!

I've ordered wedding dress on 2nd of November. Of course I didn't recieve it in two weeks. I've contacted them, they told me they're busy and I will have my dress before end of December. I have my weeding in January so it wasn't a problem. After ordering I was reading all reviews and I Was sooooo scared. The dress arrived today. Well packed. Fits me perfectly. And it's absolutely gorgeous.

The CA-weddingdress is absolutely a reliable company! I really doubted online buying before, i cant see the real dress, cant touch the quality, but this company give me a great confidence by a beautiful formal dress! Good quality but quite low price! THX so much, i would come back for my wedding dress soon…

This website had a lot of horrific reviews that really put me off and yet here I have a beautiful wedding dress that arrived in less than 3 weeks and absolutely no hassle and Staff were courteous. I ordered the Beaded Lace Wedding Dress with Plunging Neckline Style SWG689 in Ivory and free custom size, I would really recommend this shop.

The dress was beautiful. I used the custom sizing for this dress. I was extremely impressed with the dress when I received it. I had accidentally put the incorrect size for one of the measurements. To my surprised, I received a call from one of CA-WEDDINGDRESS.COM representatives to confirm my measurements. They actually caught the error and called me. I will definitely use this company to order formal growns.

I just received my dress last night and i couldn't have been more happy about it! It fit like a dream only because i got it altered on the options they provided. It is worth paying extra so you can get it altered to your body perfectly. It's a very beautiful form fitting dress that's great for all sizes and let me tell you i'm not small! I would recommend this site to everyone who wants to get married because the service, speed of delivery and quality of their product is wonderful and the price affordable! As a side note i honestly have to say after i was in the dress and looking at myself in the mirror i did scream like a little school girl because it was just that pretty!

So, my wedding dress arrived and it is a perfect fit. They took all of my extra measurements and customization requests in consideration, with the result being exactly what I wanted. I will definitely order more dresses from them; forwarding extra measurements was really really worth it and will become standard procedure for me.

I am impressed with the nice and awesome black color dress, which makes me sexy. This dress is slim which is perfectly fit to my body and makes me comfortable. The light color dress is easy to wear and I prefer this dress for all the events.

This is the second dress I have ordered from CA-weddingdress.com and it will not be the last. My dress was exactly how it was pictured and fit perfectly.

Received bad reviews and renamed site. Company licated in China. Received defective dress. To get refund I will have to pay to ship back to China. Bought dress I'm unable to wear.

They advertise the actual dress on their website, then they ask for measurements. I told them I want a normal size 8, nothing custom. I order it in Plum and got the dress. The dress is HORRIBLE material, poorly made and NOT plum color. I showed them the difference (ordered the real plum dress from davids bridal) and they said that was the plum they had.. They state on the website that they give 100% refund if the color is wrong, the color is CLEARLY wrong. I've been going back and forth with customer service and they are expecting me to pay for the return cost. Not going to happen so in the process of taking legal actions. DO NOT waste your time with this company. They are basically taking images from other REAL sites, making these dress and claiming they are custom made.

They even offer to refund me 60% and told me I could sell it on another site. I laughed…. see the difference on the image below. What a joke.
