I ordered a dress kept my fingers crossed the whole time.
I received a dress in approx. 3 weeks which I was very happy with but
it wasn't the dress I had ordered. The back of the dress was totally different.
I have been sending them emails for a week now and I can't get a response.
Ugh, so frustrating.

They hacked my cc n charged me with $900 twice within one min !! Filed my dispute with my cc company. This is criminal

They advertise the actual dress on their website, then they ask for measurements. I told them I want a normal size 8, nothing custom. I order it in Plum and got the dress. The dress is HORRIBLE material, poorly made and NOT plum color. I showed them the difference (ordered the real plum dress from davids bridal) and they said that was the plum they had.. They state on the website that they give 100% refund if the color is wrong, the color is CLEARLY wrong. I've been going back and forth with customer service and they are expecting me to pay for the return cost. Not going to happen so in the process of taking legal actions. DO NOT waste your time with this company. They are basically taking images from other REAL sites, making these dress and claiming they are custom made.

They even offer to refund me 60% and told me I could sell it on another site. I laughed…. see the difference on the image below. What a joke.

If you haven't seen any red flags, I hope this one is.

Do not waste your time or money on this garbage. We got the EXACT measurements for what will fit and sent them in. When it arrived, the dress was no way able to fit me.. even with the EXACT measurements sent in. Also, the dress was not what was pictured. I've been emailing them for entirely too long. I have requested to speak with someone and gave my phone number only to be declined on several occasions because they supposedly don't speak English well. Got an email saying that would reimburse me a small amount of the dress & I can keep it to sell elsewhere. NO WHERE AND NO ONE WANTS TO BUY THIS DRESS. I have taken it to several shops and none want to take it.

WASTE OF MONEY.

Finally got them to say they will refund the dress amount, but shipping was $25 and they won't provide a shipping label to return it. So if you want to return the dress, you have to pay for shipping TWICE.

Dumbest experience ever. Do not waste your time or money. You've been warned.

I HAVE BEEN EMAILING THEM FOR 5 MONTHS AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK, THEY SPEAK BROKEN ENGLISH ALSO. THIS IS A FRAUD! STAY FAR AWAY.

At first I was a little worried for this online dress ,as my wedding date is really close.But after one week I receive a DHL trackingnumber and to my surprise it arrived at my doorstep 10 days later. Great quality! Thanks for all the Cadress workers .No complaints from my side.. Great experience.

I ordered a dress for my girlfriend, which the quality is very good and the style, I think,it's beautiful and perfect!! we like it.

As an update to a previous review. My mom finally received her dress for my wedding but it WAS HORRIBLE. The dress fit so poorly that a seamstress said she can't even make the dress look how it's supposed to. She would have to completely remake the dress. The waist was not in the right spot. There was a huge bunch as if she needed room for male parts. The shoulder did not fit. The seamstress couldn't pull the waist up because it would be too short. Half her boob hung out. They claim the dress is fine. If I want a refund I need to pay for shipping and return it and hope they choose to give me my money back. I can't even find a carrier who will ship to the address in China they gave me. They also told me to lie on the customs form and said the dress is worth less than $30 So they don't pay customs taxes. I hate to say it but the dress isn't even worth $30. My mom had to buy a different dress. So we paid for TWO dresses for my wedding. DO NOT use this company.

You never know what youre going to get when you order from overseas but the dress was worth the money. Also they done all my requirements for me .It was really appreciated !

I ordered a dress online and right away I was contacted to be sure that the measurements were good. then they also send me picture or the different material.
Once everything was confirm they email me once the dress was ready to be ship out. it took about 1 week and I receive the dress which was exactly what I ordered. Then even followed up to make sure it was received.

This site is amazing! A lot of choices to choose from. The dresses are made in high-quality fabric,so it is definitely worth the price.I love how the designs are carefully tailored into perfection.

Ordered dress one month ago, after they sent shipping email 5days, I still do not receive my dress!! But they told me my dress have been signed!! I was scream!!! As I have checked with my neighbors and all the place around my house. There was no one home on that day you show delivered to accept or sign for it! I have called DHL regarding my order Tracking They showed that the driver went to my address, however, did not get a signature and left it outside of my door. I send email to them, and customer service inform me they need to check with DHL, and DHL could reply in short time, but in case of my wedding delay, they proceed a new dress for me immediately!! I never see such a responsible company before! Recommendable 100%!!

I have ordered a dress yesteday and they keep asking me send transaction with visa number. I have been emailing them since and have not received any emails back from them. I feel that they have taken the money out as it was my moms card, and now can't get a dress in time! I just wanted a refund and it was impossible…….

I am trying to get a refund back on my visa after I ordered two dresses last week and received emails asking for me to send a pic to prove it was me – hoping they reply to me and I am now scared based on all of these reviews. I do plan to take legal action if I have to and will be reporting to police and banks to get support but also wanted to share my experience with you all… this is a scam. They kept sending emails asking for me to send pics to confirm order when they already charged me – and when I said I want refund and to keep the dresses no email back…

I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered my dress. However, I was pleasantly surprised, as from the beginning to the end, they were extremely professional and responded to all of my questions on a timely manner. Despite my own confusion, they were patient with me and handled my confusion professionally and patiently too. The dress is beautiful and exactly as I ordered it, as I had it done custom made and provided my measures. Overall, a great company to buy formal dresses from. The dress also arrived on time and as promised. Overall, thumps us!

Have not contacted the company because I know nothing will be done to help me. Ordered the dress that was my daughter's dream dress. We had a professional seamstress take her measurements, the dress is 4 inches to big in the waist and about 6 inches to big in the bust. The belt which I asked them not to attach, was attached and not even close to the picture.
My horror is that a ball wedding gown for a plus size was stuffed in a courier envelope that was originally made for business documents. It took us at least 30 minutes to remove the tape, we were afraid we would cut the dress. Packaging was described as being shipped in a bag and a box.
The dress is going to cost me about $200 to be altered. Very disappointed.

My little girl has one and one only prom. You guys made her star in it. I was taken back and so many thank-you's for that.

I placed my order on June 23rd. I wrote down some requirements in the order comment. And they made the dress according to it. No heels and add two straps to my dress. I got a lot of compliments from other ladies in the wedding party. I chose US 6 and it was true to their size chart. Everything is perfect expect for the stain on the waist. However, It can be washed. Highly recommend this site to you all.

I ordered a US size bridesmaid dress and thankfully only ordered one to try it out. When I received the dress, i had to pay for customs so there goes more money out the window. I tried on the dress and the dress did not fit. I gave it to my sister who is a size smaller and it didn't fit her either!!! I reached out to them requesting a return and they replied back saying take a picture of the dress…… what???!!! The dress doesn't fit… how is a picture going to show that or did you want to see a picture of a half naked person???? I emailed back and i got another reply that said you ordered this size and we sent you that size so no return. OUT OF MONEY AND OUT OF DRESS. I got really annoyed with them so send them another emailing letting them know of their horrible service which I'm aware they know too well. Finally i get another email indicating I'll get a refund and i don't have to return the dress… great right???? Return amount was $30 …I spent $130 plus custom fee and all I was getting was $30???? F?? HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.

Before i purchased my bridesmaid dress, i had a lot of questions. The customer service staff always can reply me very quickly. And they were really patient and professional. When my dress was shipped, they sent me the tracking number. Very quick delivery time. I bought it on May 23 and received it on June 6. It is faster than my expectation. When it came to my home, it really blew me away, the quality is very good and feels comfortable. I will definitely buy more dresses from here.

Hi my sister in law ordered this dress and they charged her the exchange rate from Canadian to American dollars when the website clearly said the cost and charges were in Canadian dollars. Also was disappointed in how the dress came all creased and folded up. Had to pay more money to get it dry cleaned.

I'm from Buffalo ny. I ordered my prom dress on April 27th and it was shipped on may 15th and I received it today! The dress is beautiful, looks just like it does in the picture online. The size is perfeft & very true to size. The service is great I communicated with them through their live chat & they helped me with my size. I put in my all my measurements & height, they really do answer any questions you need! I'm very very pleased with the service & quality.. I recommend this to any one looking for dress!
