The dress I received looked like a 5yr old sewed it, wrong color and hideous…

The site should be reported for their fake and copied dresses. Pictures are not theirs, dress ordered is a horror (not slightly resembling the one on picture!), wromg measurements, wrong fabric. Quality? Beware, it's made in China. Refund impossible, they fool people around. Rude people, inexistent customer service. A ripp-off. Money is gone. Should you find a positive review about them, it might well be that it's a fake, too. Just watch out. The rating 1 is exagerated. If there was the option of below zero, they would get it.

My dress was horribly incorrect and made badly. I have been trying to contact them for over 2 months to get return and refund. No one will return any of my communications.

BEST ADVICE—- NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY.

I just learned my lesson. Knock-off chinese website. Their FB page doesn't exist, they redirect their twitter link to "ca-bridals.com" (with an 's') and its not even them. They respond with the exact same message everytime I ask where my shipment is…which after 2 weeks still has not arrived. I dont know how or if they can be reported but they are running an illegal operation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

The dress I received was not as ordered, and they refused to provide return instructions. I thought I was ordering from Canada, but the dress came from a warehouse in Singapore. They claim to customize the dress to fit your measurements, but OMG. This dress was not custom in any way shape or form, and customer service is non-existent. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC about this deceptive website.

DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE %100000 that the dress's measurements and proportions fit your body!!

I ordered a dress and provided pictures and measurements of how the dress does not fit the size 10 measurements and neither of my 2 bridesmaids (sizes 4/6 and sizes 6/8) that I ordered the dress for. I am still in the process of (continuously) requesting a return label and I have sent multiple emails requesting it and providing evidence. WHAT MORE DO THEY WANT?? Clearly not to abide by their own return policy.

The dress quality was made well but not fitted to a normal person's body.

I ordered a mother of the bride dress- I will say- shipping was quicker that expected. The dress is not as pictured on site- not made out of lace as described. Dress had bulging & seam issues in front & back. After many attempts to resolve & return dress- was told I would be charged 55% of dress cost for material & labor. Took dress to professional tailor to get bulging issues fixed so I could at least wear dress- was told dress had to be ripped completely apart to fix because of way dress was sewn together. Just a very costly learning experience!! I would not recommend this company. Poor quality, not as described, takes days to respond to emails and greedy business practices.

I ordered this dress maybe two weeks ago and it arrived today. (Timeline might not be accurate but it arrived very quickly!) I ordered it in champagne with silver embroidery and it is gorgeous! The champagne color matches the color chart and is more of a gold color. In case you can't tell from the photo the top has small jewels on it with the embroidery and the material is very light weight. It arrived in a box much smaller than expected, but the dress was in fine condition. Also I ordered it in a custom size and it fits very well. I might have the chest part taken in a tiny bit but if my wedding was tomorrow it would definitely suffice. And like the title implies the dress looks exactly like the photo only mine looks gold instead of red. If I have any problems with the dress in the future I will update my review, but as of now I am completely satisfied and think it's a great value!

I received a dress that looked like something from a carnival. It didn't look anything like the picture online. I asked to return it they said is was "custom made"……there is no way. Please learn from my mistakes…..stay away from this company!!!!!!!

Got my dress in 4 weeks, most bridal stores take 12 weeks. It was beautiful and much cheaper than pretty much the exact same dress I saw in a store. Will definitely order from them again in the future!

– Arrived in a mess of wrinkles in an extremely small bag
– Very poor material and process
– Had black marks on the dress
– Does not look the same quality as the picture
– Will not return my emails to return the dress

I ordered my dress from Ca-bridal, the dress is beautiful. I am very pleased. Even the length is perfect. I am definitely going to order more dresses on their site. The size was perfect.

I purchased a dress, spoke with a consultant 3x prior about size, received the dress and it is not only poor quality they refuse to refund my return. They are charging me for the "material" and I am still waiting for the return information. Not to mention their emails were very disrespectful.

I would not purchase again with this company, very poor customer service.

I am very happy with the dresses I purchased from Ca-bridal. My wedding dress was very intricate and came out beautiful, just needed some minor alterations. My Bridesmaid dresses and Mother of Bride dress were perfect. I am a very picky customer with high expectations. The quality is excellent. I would highly recommend this company for all dresses.

I ordered one of their dresses recently for my big day coming up in August. What they are showing in the picture was exactly what I wanted, however the product I received was such a disappointment. Not only the colour was wrong, but also the lace was totally different than what's shown in the picture which happened to be the main reason I ordered the dress the first place. In the picture it was single layer of lace, but what I received had an underlay. I contacted them for a refund and got a rude response. I was told the lace was the closest they have (it was not even close), and they couldn't be responsible for something that does not look good on me (it would if it was the same dress I ordered). Overall, poor quality and service, would not recommend the company to anyone. Please do not make the same mistake as I did.

i cud not hav pictured my day any differently…i cant picture wearing any other dress than the 1 i order on cabridal . it looked EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE .fit perfectly.fit my small budget …and on my big day i was showered with compliments from all those who attended !!! ….i felt sexy,beautiful ,n like a celebrity ….i will always refer people to this site
