I couldn't get into my account. I tried to reset the password and that page must be missing from the website because when I click on reset password it says that page doesn't exist.

Good source of cables at a good price. I goofed on the 'bill to/ship to' element, and had to re-do the order. Eric, the customer service guy, was very helpful in resolving the problem, and the cable is scheduled to arrive the next day. So far, so good; will use them again if I have need.

Good information on the product. Maybe needs some better key words for search engines to find on internet. Nice clean check out process.
