CW Roofing is simply awesome! When we were hit with a bad hail storm I had many

roofing companies knocking on my front door. With so many roofers to choose

from, I was a little overwhelmed about which one to choose. After a little

research I am sure glad I chose CW Roofing. Greg really knows his stuff and
worked with my insurance company in ways I personally could never do.

Without his skill and knowledge with working with my insurance company, I would
not of had many areas of damage to my home from

the hail repaired. Without going into every little detail, just want to say my
house now looks beautiful and I have Greg and CW Roofing to thank for that. I
could not be happier. Greg and CW Roofing are the best!

A couple of shingles blew off of our 6 year old roof and needed to be repaired. The original roofing company who installed the roof had gone out of business, so we called 3 other roofers. CW Roofing performed a full inspection of the roof and found a second hole we hadn't noticed, caused by a tree rubbing the roof. We chose CW Roofing for the repairs and are satisfied with the service! The repairs were completed in a few hours at a fair price. Whenever we need a roofing company in the future, we will call CW Roofing!

In today's construction market, there are too many fly- by night companies, too many promises not kept and too many end of the job change orders.
CW Roofing and Construction is a pleasant surprise in all of this. Their crew was respectful, and professional. The construction crew did what the sales guy promised and all the anxiety of the normal project was soon gone. I couldn't be happier!

Roofing was my first and only call when I needed a roof on the house I'm building in Decatur. On the day the roof was planned to be installed, the painters showed and painted the exterior of the house. This was an unplanned delay, but Chuck rescheduled the roof so the painters could finish. The delay was not their fault and I appreciated their flexibility. My roof looks great and I will recommend them to others!

I received a postcard in the mail from CW Roofing and I called them out to perform a roof inspection at my house in Boyd. I spoke with Chuck and he promptly came out to look at my roof. He found hail damage on my roof and my insurance company paid to replace the entire roof. CW Roofing talked to the insurance company to make sure all of the exterior damages were covered. The roofers installers were timely and professional. They cleaned up after they left and performed multiple nail sweeps. This process was simple and easy! I'm glad I called them and now have a local roofer I can count on!

CW Roofing & Construction was recommended to us by family. We had some storm damage to the house but did not realize there was enough damage to file an insurance claim. They came out and inspected the property for us after their inspection we filed a claim with insurance. They worked directly with our insurance company and made the process super easy. We not only were able to get the roof replaced we were also able to have all the siding replaced and the house painted. I am beyond thrilled with all the work they have done. After a hailstorm my brother referred me to C.W. Roofing. He was very satisfied with his previous experience and my experience was even better! The insurance company paid for the roof, then CW also got them to pay for gutters, the damage from the leaks and some roofing items that were missed. I also contracted them to replace wood siding and paint the exterior of the house. My house looks so much better now! My leaks are stopped and my exterior really looks great! The workers were very professional including being on time each day and thorough with their clean up. C.W. Roofing is now my go to for interior and exterior repairs!

I had a leak in my roof and asked a friend if he knew a good roofer. He immediately recommended CW Roofing & Construction. I researched them online and I liked that they were local and had very good reviews. I called them and from the very first meeting I got a good feeling about them. They were always on-time and were fair with their pricing. They repaired my roof leak and fixed the damaged ceiling. I never know who to call for home repairs, but I definitely feel good about my decision to choose CW. Our experience with CW Roofing & Construction took place after a very large tree fell on our house during a thunderstorm with high winds. The tree crushed one corner of our house, damaging the roof as well as the underlying structure of the house. They took care of everything, first they covered the damage to protect from more damage, they contracted to have the tree removed, repaired the structural damage, painting that was required & replacing the roof. They were extremely knowledgeable about how to work with the insurance company, working with the adjuster to obtain maximum recovery on our insurance claim. As a result, we ended up getting a completely new roof. It was wonderful to have them schedule all the repairs and having it completed quickly and professionally taking all the pressure off us to try to find contractors to do the repairs needed. I have been very impressed with everyone that has worked to help complete our repairs, they are wonderful to work with, I highly recommend this company.

To be honest I do not know this company at all. I only met the salesperson(Greg Smith) and from day 1, I was impressed with his demeanor, professionalism, work ethics and the respect for my time and family.

He text-messaged me telling me to meet at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and he was knocking on my door at 4:33pm. He did not try to sell me his product but he listened and HEARD what I wanted and made it possible. He did not waste my time with "let me tries", "let me what I can do", or "let me talk to my supervisor". He was straight forward with me and explained the whole process simply and carefully after he SPEND almost 4 hours on my roof and property assessing the damage of the storm.

He was able to almost double the loss that my insurance adjuster found on my roof/property and assured me he would take care of everything. A week later, I received another check over $8,000 for the loos incur on my roof/property. Talking about going to bat for you!!!

He kept good communication with me via text understanding I had other responsibilities with my job and family. One time he agreed with me too meet after 9pm after I put the kids down knowing it was very important for me not to disrupt the kid's nighttime schedule.

On the days(4) of the installation of the metal roof, I saw Mr. Smith in my property on three different days helping the roofers carrying boxes to the roof, cleaning empty boxes out of my backyard and inside the pool helping the roofers getting the tarp off my pool with carefulness not to spill the debris inside the pool. Talking about going the extra mile for the customer!!!

Like I said, I do not know CW Roofing Company. But if Mr. Greg Smith is the front face of this company and the owner gives him so much trust for this young man to be the face of his company and to allow him to make financial decisions on behalf of his company. I personally and professionally would agreed to do business not only once but every time my roof or my house needs replacement or repair without any hesitation.

If Mr. Greg Smith is the epitome of a salesperson, teammate or workmate, I can assume C. W. Roofing is the epitome of a repair and roofing company.

I had three different roofing companies bid on my roof. I chose C. W. Roofing because I was very impressed with Greg, first of all. He knew what he was talking about, answered all my questions, did a through inspection of my roof (finding additional damages, not found by the insurance adjuster), promptly returned any phone calls, and promised a quality job. And they delivered! Not only did they do a great job on the roof, they took extreme measures to make sure nothing was damaged in the process (plants or items in the yard, etc.) I love my roof, and have received unbidden compliments on it. I highly recommend them!

Greg worked closely with me to make sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. I am so happy with the work completed at my house. I would highly recommend CW roofing.

This is a great roofing company. They replaced our Alcoa roof and gutters. Everything they said they would do – they did. They were professional and timely and addressed all our questions/concerns promptly. Greg was our communication point for the project and he was on-site for the complete job.

I had an Aluminum Roof for 26 years and must have been approached by over 100 roofing companies over the last few years. I turned them all down until I received a personalized letter package in the mail from Greg Smith of C.W. Roofing & Construction. From the start it was obvious that Greg is a professional who knows the product and was able to answer the exhaustive questions I asked him. I called the references he offered and the former clients could not have been more complimentary of Greg and the quality of work that was done for them. My insurance company paid to replace my roof and the first thing I noticed in working with CW Roofing was that I actually received, in Greg, a 鈥淧roject Manager鈥?who was always present on the job site during all phases of the job. The job was always on time and Greg was extremely detail oriented and always concerned that the work was being done correctly and that I was pleased about how things were proceeding. I was concerned about possible damage to my Pond and Garden Landscaping, but they took extreme measures to ensure the safety of my plants by extending 2x8x12 boards from the roof slanted towards the ground with plastic over them which precluded roofing trash and nails from damaging the plants and/or ending up in the flower beds. They were able to clean out my long driveway at the end of each day so I did not have to park my car on the street. As with any job, an accident is always a possibility and Greg impressed me with his honesty and forthrightness by letting me know that one of the long boards had fallen and cracked our small bathroom window. The window was promptly replaced and of course they paid for this expense. Greg cleaned the flower beds out remarkably well and even added more mulch to the beds which made them look better than before.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of all associated with C.W. Roofing & Construction; especially that of Greg Smith who did what he said he was going to do and kept the project on time. The Roof, Solar Screens and Guttermaxx Gutters were all done on time and with outstanding quality of workmanship. I depended on Greg and he did not let me down! I am thrilled with my new metal roof! I had my house built and contracted the work myself and after dealing with many workers, I can honestly say that this company impressed me. I was at my house for the entire roof replacement and watched the workers each and every day. Unlike many workers in the construction industry, these workers showed up on time each day and diligently worked throughout the day. I was told the job would take 5 days and it was finished in 4 and a half! They used tarps to cover my bushes and cleaned up each night. I could tell they cared about taking care of my property. I highly recommend C.W. Roofing & Construction!

After last year鈥檚 hail storm, we had significant damage to our roof. Our first contractor opened a claim with Allstate, and got a claim approved. However, metal roofs are quite expensive and the claim wouldn鈥檛 cover full replacement cost. I was told that I would have big money out of pocket by contractor after contractor until I called CW Roofing and Greg Smith. Greg did a complete review of the Allstate paperwork and immediately said that Allstate had short changed us. He took over our job and filed a revised claim and supplement. By the time Greg 鈥淭he Hammer鈥?was done with Allstate they had paid double the amount of the original claim and he had added so many other items to the claim. Biggest example is our garage door, Greg was the only one to even mention its damage let alone add it to the claim.
When they started work everything went so smoothly. A team of about 6-8 men came and behaved very professionally. Charles Whatley, the owner, was on site and he even mowed our grass. Greg was there the entire time, and he made sure every detail was followed to the letter. Greg worked with all the other sub-contractors to make sure their portion was completed. By the time the job was complete, we had a new beautiful 鈥淐lassic Metal Roof鈥?in Copper Penny Oxford Shingle, our fence had a new stain, the garage door was replaced, new gutters were installed, new chimney cap was installed, etc. The icing on the cake was Greg going the extra mile to ensure the entire roof extra鈥檚 like the exhaust ports were painted to match the copper penny. He bought custom car paint in metallic copper as traditional paint stores couldn鈥檛 get a perfect match. We get so many compliments on the roof and are very pleased that we chose CW Roofing to do the job.
