BEWARE! I think these guys are serious frauds. I ordered 3 outdoor uplights and they sent half the components all of which were the incorrect items. The one fixture sent was plastic instead of metal and the LEDs were the wrong wattage, beam angle and temp. I called them and they sent replacements which also were incorrect so it seems they send what ever similar items they have and hope you won't notice. I asked for a refund rather that wait for a 3rd wrong shipment. They wanted me to pay a restocking fee and shipping for the wrong items. I refused and filed a dispute with my credit card company. The Mike mentioned in other reviews called me and rudely tried to get me to ship the items back claiming the charge back was completed by my bank and when I refused to pay shipping he said he would dispute the charge back. I suspect he planned to dispute it anyway and was just trying to get me to ship the items back as well. I would not trust them.

Great support experience last order. Shift supervisor answered an email in 15 minutes. Needed faster delivery this time, a little pricey on three day but I need them.

For me the payment procedure was difficult if payment is by paypal, it could be that I’m use to seeing the total after tax, shipping etc then processing the payment.

I ordered (2) because of surcharge. Not sure if this will work for my application. Interested in 12 of these units. However a discount would be in order and free shipping. I am a design build contractor. I did not like all the extra fees.

Shipping is ridiculous. $56 for a $100 order that could likely fit in a $12 flat rate box. Consider reviewing/reconsidering who you utilize for shipping cause you'll probably sell a lot more inventory.

I’ m am an electrical contractor and have a landscape lighting project quickly approaching that involves lighting for 468 homes in Snell Isle St. Petersburg, FL. I spoke with a representative and was promised free shipping on this first order of demo light fixtures. Upon ordering the lights none of the representatives knew what I was talking about. This is just bad for future business.

THE SRD UR19LED products I received did not have any installation literature in the box. You should inform the product development companiy in Asia that makes this product to provide installalatin imstructions or develop a install sheet yourself and put it in the shippiong box when you pull the product from inventory. Not having at least a simple install sheet casts an experience of the product being low quality and questions if it will last as advertised.

1. I was tricked into paying a $15 surcharge because my 1st order was under $75. They tell you too late in the billing process to go back and increase your order to avoid the surcharge.
2. A bulb burned out prematurely & they ignore 2 attempts to get a replacement.
If there was a way to award ZERO stars I would do so!

I have one of my lights that is not working. After wiring them all up and excited about seeing them one of them did not light up. I hope to speak to someone to send me a new one. Other than that the product is nice and user friendly

I recieved everything on schedule. I installed the in about one and half hours. The only thing you will need that does not come with the package is Stakon spade grimp connectors to terminated the wire at the transformer.
