When my order arrived, in the third week of January, one of the two jerseys was incorrect. I immediately contacted the company. They asked me to take pictures of the wrong jersey and email the photos; I suppose to prove that they had sent the wrong thing.
They offered to send me the correct jersey only after I shipped back the wrong jersey, at my own expense–$20 to return the incorrect merchandise. I refused to pay for their mistake.
Today is March 10, 2011 and I am STILL fighting with this company to either get a refund for the jersey they did NOT send me OR receive the correct jersey. They have offered to refund $10 and let me keep the wrong jersey, or, if I will pay to ship the wrong jersey back to them, they will refund me the $26.99 I paid for the original jersey, which is now "out of stock."
I have asked again and again to speak to a manager or to the business owner.
I believe this company is in China. All our communication has been via email, and I get email from this company overnight.

I emailed ([email protected]) them multiple times to an email I found on a forum because on there website there is no way to contact them. Still they did not respond to any of the 15 emails i sent them. However they were very fast to remove the money off of my credit card, which took only one day with an extra $3 charge.
So now I am in the process of trying to get a hold of them so they can send me the right size. If i can even get them to respond, I'm sure they will try to charge me for it.
