I have never had such a bad experience with online buying. I chose C&A since at least at the store I never had problems. First it took them more than one week to send the order, second they must have made a mistake in printing the address since DHL didn't manage to deliver it (when in that week I received many other orders with DHL, DPD and so on). It makes me wonder if they really had made it on purpose since maybe they didn't have the products anymore. After having already complained about the delay, I contacted them telling that they should re-send my order and take care that the address was correctly printed. I never got an answer from the client service, just an automatic email days later telling that they had received the returned products and would proceed with refunding. I had bought a bunch of clothes for my kid to start the new scholar year and now I will have to repeat all this work somewhere else. Not worth it, just lost time! Bad client service, bad website, bad brand, no interest for the clients.

Terrible online shop service… I made an order beginning of the month and still waiting for it… Really bad service. Nowadays and in this Corona time everybody should invest more in online selling and yet c&a didn't do s**t.

just don't order online if you dont like the hustle!
still old fashioned system, where the papers (proof of return, sending labels, etc,) needs to be kept and no back up can be downloaded online. ..

Really bad service, due to their mistake because they lost my return package, and after several "verifications", I still waiting for a refund 10 months later.

I went to C&A in Munich to buy a Dirndl (Oktoberfest dress), I bought it and when I got home I realized I had bought the wrong one. So I went to exchange it for another one (same price) and they charged me a second time.
Of course, I only got one dress but paid twice. They still haven't returned the money. Not going there again.

Very bad experience with the website. Ordered clothes for myself using the size guide, but it is completely wrong. Blouse size M should be around 95-100 cm bust and it was 106!. No way to specify in the order what size you want (e.g. M is 40 or 42 and you cannot choose).
Long story short: paid shipment for delivery, will pay shipment for return of all items, complete loss for me.
Will never order again from them!

Never experienced a store to cancel my order without any reason or notification. And I was told the amount I paid was returned back to me and till now I didn鈥檛 get it, will wait and see if they stole my money or not.
Very rude and unprofessional behavior, I don鈥檛 recommend buying anything through them.

My husband has a heart condition,he sat on a box type thing as he wasnt feeling well. The security guard (Flensberg) did NOT ask if he was ok,just told him to move. The guard was outside,I went to speak with him to explain but was told by him NOT to speak to him. He was rude,nasty and ignorant. I have emailed your company twice with NO reply. Bad manners on all parts. We will not be setting foot inside any of your shops again. The security guard needs to know how to deal with the public. My husband is NOT in the habit of sitting for NO reason

C&A online store is a scam and should be avoided at all costs! Their warehouse lost my package and the company refuses to refund me back my money! I have sent them numerous messages about the missing package but C&A ignored me completely and has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Absolutely awulf company.

I bought a lot of clothes for my small daugher and me. Some of the clothes smelled very bed and we had to return it. My maternity trousers left color all over my underwear. I sent an complaint to C&A customer service, also wondering about the quality of their colors especially when it comes to maternity department, and I am waiting for their reply. The price of the clothes is ok.

I purchased several clothes from C&A (store) a few months back, because I was in a big hurry, before going abroad – several pairs of jeans, tops and sweaters. I did not give it much thought.
However, looking back – these are very good clothes! And the prices are very low! Pleasantly surprised.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY TO BE IMPROVED
I buy the clothes for my daughter, the ratio quality/price is excellent.
The customer service and the delivery procedures are terrible.
In the shipment confirmaton e-mail the track&trace link never works so you are forced to call both C&A and DHL to get more informations.
This influence of course the delivery times that are too long.

Zahlung auf Rechnung ist (oft ?) nicht m枚glich obwohl angeboten. Bestellungen werden storniert ohne den Kunden zu informieren, bzw. erst sehr sp盲te Information.
