I have placed my order at the 02nd of Juli, today we have the 19th. I tried to cancel my oder by phone over a week ago, but they told me that its packed and ready for shipping. As if…..by now I didnt receive anything and I also don't need and want it anymore. I also have send some items back from previous orders over 2 weeks ago but didnt get my money back. The customer service told me by phone it will take longer than 5 weeks to refund it! I made a complain via email that I want to cancel the order and want my money back for this order and my returns. NO REPLY AT ALL! They take your money in advance and then you can run after it! Awful company!!!

Hello I'm doing my shopping in France in the 94 area . the shop is big clean and the people quite frendly..I go to that shop each time i need clothes for my 5 years old daughter ( once every two month about) and each time i'am happy with the clothes i 'am buying for her.
The problem start's when I look for myself, to be honest I found the female collection "old fashion" not enough 36sizes on stock, and it is more or less always the same "old" design and colors…please keep in mind that we can be 45, slim and fashion victim too . no complain about your price Policy..you should only get new designer on board for the adults.
