By the time we were end of May – I had to chase them again. They said they were waiting on one item. Out of principle, with the lack of communication and updates AND their stock backlog, completely their fault and NOT my problem….I don't think it's fair for me, their first time customer, to pay 99kr more to have my items delivered first while waiting for the 10kg kettlebell to get back in stock. They should be willing to cover this because of the inconvenience they have caused me. With all this time waiting, I could have ordered from somewhere else!
Firstly, ALL the items I ordered said "In Stock" – which is why I decided to buy from this company. This guys then said I will only get my items 1st week of June. I had to chase them again, since i have had NO items despite being past the 1st week of June. Finally I got an email back saying they are still waiting for their supplier to reply.
Forget about these people. Their company is a mess. Their suppliers are a mess. They have bad customer service. Put your money somewhere else. I'm so so so disappointed.
Bygghjemme, please send all my items to me by next week. I really just want my stuff, I've waited this long after all. As for the ONE singular kettlebell that has caused this LONG wait….if you can't fork out 99kr to send it at another time as a token to show some semblance of customer appreciation, please just refund me for that one item. And then we can be done with this.
