Horrible! Have bought a machine and used it only 3 times. After that it had some damages, called customer service. They asked me to send in pictures. Later on i get a response that it is my fault and they will simply close the case. Be careful, i will never buy anything there

Absolutely do not use or trust this company. I ordered a barbell. It was in stock when I ordered it, and in the days after I placed the order. This was before Black Friday so there was no way they couldn't have known their stock levels or there was some mad rush on barbells.

Waited three weeks and enquired three times before I get a reply. I've now waited a MONTH for this to show up at this point. The reply comes…. The barbell is out of stock. No apology. No 'we're sorry we didn't update you that your beraknad delivery date has slipped a bit'.

They casually inform me it will be 6 MONTHS until they can send me it. Would I like to cancel?

Seriously?

I cancel. I still have not received the money back. I'm sorry, when did Bygghemma become an airline? You can't keep my money for 8 months and not send me a product.

Never again will I trust this assembly of incompetence. Oh, and if you're reading this – please actually refund me so I can go elsewhere. Thanks ever so much….

I paid more than 10,000 kronor for a lawn mower, leaf blower and hedge cutter – all battery operated. The products arrived fairly quickly but with many parts missing, including the batteries and charger. more than a month since my order I am still waiting for batteries and charger but the company neither answer the phone or respond to emails. 3 weeks ago they had promised I would receive the batteries but now they have stopped responding at all. It is the single worst consumer experience of my life. I am left 10000 kronor out of pocket with unusable items and no contact from the company. I cannot discourage people from using this company enough. They blame corona while all other online companies are thriving under corona.

Received wrong shower door and since weeks in discussions with the customer service without any solution.
Bygghemma claims we reported the problem to late and even though we provided pictures of clearly sending wrong size of shower door, they refuse to acknowledge their fault.
Worst customer experience ever, stay away from store.

Ordered a package of washer and dryer, marked in supply and available withing 2-5 day delivery. Got the first update after 2 weeks, changing delivery to about 6 weeks, after which I tried cancelling. Did not get any replies via web or mail, had to spend 30+ minutes in telephone service to get money back. Have yet to get any money back. Not a serious company, shop at real stores instead.

Vi har bott med en enorm l氓da i vardagsrummet sedan 9 september eftersom systemet inte kan skriva ut och skicka r盲tt returetiketter till oss? Allvarligt?

My return was approved, but then some "problem in the system" prevented return documents from being sent to me. And this of course could not be fixed manually. Meanwhile I am living without a living room for two weeks because it is occupied by the bathtub I could not return. Clearly, I could not recommend Bygghemma to friends.

Horrible experience, don't buy from them!

Bought a set of big sliding doors, they were very helpful with placing the order and delivery has been decent considering it was custom build, however one of the doors was damaged so I made a complaint with them the next day. Since then i've not heard anything from them and i've been calling them almost every week to only get told that the claims department will call me back (they haven't yet).

It's been 3 months since i made the complaint this is unacceptable.

I will no longer buy anything from them and i would strongly advise anyone to not buy anything from them

The worst on-line experience in a long time.

At the end of June, Bygghemma put a campaign out with discounts on grills, I jumped on it and ordered one with 5 days delivery. Few days later I got a notification, that 5 days will be 3 weeks, eventually became 4 weeks.
When they eventually send it out, I was not in Sweden. I got a sms with suggested delivery dates, but none of dates was working. Only way to contact the delivery company is to call them. I did, ended up a # 33 on the line, without any info how long I would wait. I hanged up. Eventually I contacted bygghemma and asked them to notify their delivery partner and ask for new delivery dates. It did not happen, my order was sent back and bygghemma automatically cancelled it. I paid the expedition fee, I am getting charged the return fees and I am still need to get the rest of my money back.

They got my attention by offering a discount on the product which they did not have in the stock. They promised a delivery in 5 days, which they could not meet. They outsourced the delivery to other company which did not put any extra effort to contact me before returning my order. Nearly two months after I placed the order, bygghemma.se cancelled it, charged me various fees and pointed to their terms and conditions to protect their back.

I felt so powerless as never before. I reported them to the Swedish consumer agency if that provides any satisfaction.

We ordered a bath tub and all along the way the process has been a mess: from poor knowledge at the store to fake promisses about delivery, installation dates and support. Better to avoid this company. We'll never buy again from them.

If there is something wrong with the product beware, the time it takes for them to handle a return takes for ever even with simple issues. Don't buy anything here

I bought an el-scooter from them which broke after 3 weeks. I filled out the guarantee form on their website, with description and videos of the issue. 6 weeks later they tell me there is nothing they can do and they will not take it back. I have started a case with Visa for a refund to get my money back. I would not trust them with any money as they are unhelpful and refuse to take the product back.

Great for the reply on TrustPilot, but you are ignoring anything in the contact form you supplied here – and the telephone service just says there is nothing they can do. So two months in and I'm seeking legal representation to claim back my money from you.

Over a month now, no actions on my complaints regarding a robotlawnmover who faild to work at installation.

Have been in contact with the customersupport multiple times and they only write down the complaints and says that they cant ask och estimate time for getting the case fixed.

Stay away from this company if you considering buying material that might need support. Because you will not get it from them, since they just leave you with a broken product an money lost.

Total lack of customer service, promises not held, delivery with one chair out of two and it is all paid and now they do not get back to me, and per mail they just say they are busy and will answer another day. Just terrible way of treating customers.

Never have I experienced a more lousy and rude customer service. First they delay the complaints of wrong delivery and make customer pay the time and cost for private home projects. then they refuse accepting internal faults and push all responsibility on the customer.
Dont buy any product by calling in as they give wrong info and make the sale and then refuse responsibility for the wrong product.

The worst experience Regardig communication
The worst experience as a customer I have ever had in Sweden
1 GRILL online, came in 3 different packages,over a 5 weeks delivery.

1 booth a fire place, and there was not the wright price, when I got the bill.
Kundecenter 2 hours waiting time,
I have Spent to many hours, to do there鈥檚 work鈥攁nd that鈥檚 not good
My advice: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM BYGGHEMMA even if it is cheaper, they have to start To take the customers seriously
