A legitimate web hosting provider. However, there are instances where certain users are using this service to host malicious sites, but it is not appropriate to downvote the whole domain as there are other legitimate sites hosted on this domain.

Most of the negative ratings come from websites hosted by the provider. Since it offers free hosting, it's guaranteed there are some spammy or illegal websites.

Let me explain a bit. The domain bytethost7.com is a domain for free web hosting. Some of the sites hosted at this server turn out to be bad (and are usually removed fast). But most are not. I believe the rating system is acting too coarsely with this domain as I can see it is red despite most of the sites being clean.
