I am updating my previous negative rating because the staff from Byflou got in contact and found an appropriate solution for me (chair cushion appeared to be very different from the advertised image). Byflou handled the issue in a professional way, the company &tradition offered new cushions, the ones I actually ordered. The process was friendly after all, though I had to wait 5 months from purchase date until the delivery of my new cushions.

I received my lovely puzzle in less than 24 from the order!!! Absolutely amazing and very kind and helpful support received from Simon and team! Nice job!

Super og god kunde betjening

I purchased a steamer. Sadly the quality was not as promised and we tried to send it back. After many attempts because the label apparently could not be read and the slow reply of the customer service we managed to send it back.
Again after multiple tries to contact the customer service – I received an answer from them after 2 weeks saying they are not accepting the return because the product works fine – they tested themself.
As I said I would like my refund they said there are marks on the product and they won鈥檛 give the money back. Which is total nonsense.
Had to open a case now via PayPal because the customer service was unable to solve this.

We ordered a heavy chair with ByFlou, and unfortunately we had bad luck as it arrived damaged, by fault of DHL, because they did not care for the package very well during transport. We contacted ByFlou, and from the beginning they were so very helpful to us and responded fast, and solved the problem too! Even though this obviously was the fault of DHL. Would definitely recommend buying with them, great customer care!
