I recently ordered a bridal dress. The shipping was on time. however the product is so poorly done, very untidy. The quality of the material is very cheap. The stitching and cutting is so bad, i never expected it to be this bad.
Please do not get fooled with the prices, I would strongly recommend not to order any dresses from this dealer. Once they get their money. They do not care about anything. They bluntly replied that they would not refund and did not bother to respond after that.

I am shocked seeing so many people being scammed. I ordered my dress in January and received it in March. It was a bit big but I've lost some weight. This company is a complete scam! My dress came and was hideous. Nothing like the pictures on the website. They swindled me completely and I wish I wouldn't have purchased here. Just got to David's bridal. They wouldn't refund me at all and are complete scam artists! The ship time was crazy long and they never even sent me confirmation of my purchase. The dress smelled horrible and one sleeve was shorter than the other. Completely repulsive!

I had 2 weeks to find my gowns .I got in tuch with bycouturier's customer service and told these women my situation, and that I wanter the perfect wedding derss and needed it in less then 3 weeks, and these ladies made it happen for me. They are great.

Wow! I am completely taken away by the reviews I've just read on this website! I found a dress I liked and wanted to purchase it, however I had a couple of questions regarding the wedding gown. I emailed them twice and still got no reply after 24-48hrs. Everytime I tried to use the live chat, there were never any agents available. They say they are based in London then have a Hong Kong address. I am literally shaking my head! What would have been the worst part was the fact that the wedding Gown I was going to purchase was in no way cheap. I am absolutely grateful for these reviews! Some reviews however did seem fake so couldn't tell whether bycouturier was a scam or not however I came across a review that mentioned exactly what I had been experiencing! Really hope this helps some of you who may be experiencing the same thing. Do not use their website and use your money elsewhere!

I ordered a dress thinking that the website looked legit. Little did I know that all the photos of the dresses from ByCourtier are stolen from a Russian fashion store. When I finally got my dress, it looked like something you would buy from a costume store, and it did not AT ALL match the photo online. Everything about this store is fake. Even its address. It claims to be London-based, but if you search up the address from the website, it's actually just a dry cleaners. Save your money guys!!!

I ordered a wedding dress from bycouturier despite the negative reviews about the return policy. I was a little nervous when the dress didn't fit me right. I received the dress within three weeks and it didn't fit. I immediately contacted them and decided to send dress back. Because I realized I need to try dresses on rather than order online. After they received dress and the refund is in my bank account. I have to say they are very efficient.

After searching the internet for my dream wedding dress I found exactly what I was looking for. The price seemed ridiculously cheap, but the quality is superb and beautifully made…..even better than the pictures, I would recommend this company to anybody.
