The fit was great!

I received my order but its not even what i ordered! Waited so long for a chiffon coat just to receive a blue bikini instead and then no one answer regarding the wrong order received.

I buy for my lady regularly. Love your style & service.

I did not get what i ordered at all! What i ordered and what i received is completely opposite.
And it took 3 weeks!

I tried to cancel my order less than 2 mins after I ordered as I didn't understand the size conversion well, no way to cancel. And I emailed no one got back to me ever! so now I have to wait for it to get here and pay for shipping back. I'm very upset.

Customer service is non existent and they over charge, haven't received my package yet and not sure that I ever will at this point.

Not happy that it took a week to ship my order. And I haven鈥檛 received it yet. Nor I can鈥檛 track it either on your tracking system.

Horrible! I would give zero stars but thats not an option. Emailed customer service twice for a refund and no response. Clothing is cheap. And comes in what looks like child sizes. Very disappointed. Will never order feom them again!!!! Have to put in claim with credit card company since I can not get in touch with this company!!!!

Sent wrong items.. took a month to ship..

Product is not sized appropriately. That is not so bad because when I shop with reputable companies, I can return the item. However because the item that I purchased from you is on sale, I cannot return it. Now I have to lose money because I could not try the item on first. I鈥檒l never buy anything else from you and I鈥檒l be sure to let my friends and family know of your unfriendly policy. I鈥檒l stick with Amazon! I rather pay a few extra bucks if it means that I can shop without fear of losing my money.

After 2 months of waiting… I can鈥檛 believe what they sent us. It is not as closed as in the picture. They sent us a garbage item. Unbelievable! Unfinished product, no lining, no button. Just a pattern of the coat.

They never respond to my email. No phone number to contact to.

As of this date, I have not received my order…

This is totally scam. I should have read the review first before I ordered. It鈥檚 more than a month now and I haven鈥檛 received my package yet. Unbelievable! Tracking number is bogus.
The Business Bureau should check this company.

Total scam! Do not buy from this store. I paid and did not received the package. The product wasn't even sent. They ignore completely my e-mails asking for a refund. Scam!

I saw this sweater online and fell in love with it. I was excited to find it at Chicnico! It is a bit different from the photos; I was expecting a softer, cozier feel. The overall look is fun and casual, but it can easily be dressed up depending on how you accessorize. Overall a good purchase.

The item ordered was a swimsuit. The item arrived 2 weeks after the order date. and does not fit, this swimsuit is made for a child not an adult. Although the model would suggest otherwise. The site states that the model is 5'9" wearing a size Medium. after reviewing the size chart and knowing the size of the model we ordered a size medium and it does not fit my daughter it needs to be returned and she needs it for an out of town beach trip with her youth group that says girls have to wear 1 piece suits. Size chart is wrong. 🙁

Awful. I ordered my dress 2 weeks ago, still haven't received it.. Shipping sucks, bad quality. Worst 30$ I ever spent. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere!

I ordered over a month ago & still haven't recieved my item.

I received the wrong top and have emailed the company 3 times to no avail. Convenient that there is no phone number to contact them that way either… I鈥檓 now out my money and have a top that is useless to me. I will never shop here again. Bad service and absolutely no customer service!!! Don鈥檛 waste your time.
