This is in reference to the 鈥淰OTE鈥?necklace worn by the former FLOTUS, Mrs. Michelle Obama on August 17th, 2020 during the DNC convention.
I decided like so many others to purchase this transformative and unique piece of 14k Gold necklace designed by 鈥淏YCHARI.鈥?
This company, BYCHARI is certainly not transparent at all. I made my purchase on August 28, 2020 and received a confirmation of the purchase, my card was charged immediately, and reflected on my account.
We are on October 4th, 2020 and I have not received any updates, no delivery date or an account of what is happening to my order.
This is unacceptable.
Reading comments under their FaceBook and IG pages are very negative, and the company keep sending the same generic message to customers that are inquiring about their orders.
When I decided to go back to the very same posts on Facebook and Instagram all have of the negative comments pertaining to delivery of the product have been removed.
I have requested on several occasions to BYCHARI to send the product I paid for, but getting no where with this company.
Thank You.

I purchased the VOTE necklace, worn by Michelle Obama during the DNC convention, on Aug. 18, and I'm still waiting for it. There is no way to contact the business, other than via email, and every unhappy customer in my position–there are many–received the identical response from someone named Sophie, claiming the production of the necklace takes 3-4 weeks in business days. The site listing just says 3-4 weeks, but that doesn't really matter because I'm way beyond the 3-4 weeks in business days, too. The business takes the money from your account immediately, despite taking months to deliver the product, if at all. But what really troubles me is there is no way to review the business or its products on its site. And any negative comments on their social media platforms are being deleted. That is not an honest, upfront way to do business, so I've come here to leave a true accounting of what happened to me. If you're thinking about ordering from bychari, just beware of the poor experiences others have endured from the company, while spending a lot of money with them. As a minority woman, the idea of supporting another minority woman-owned business appealed to me, but there are plenty of other worthy businesses to choose from, other than this one. I think this company may have been overwhelmed by orders, and they bit off more than they could chew. But they filled newer orders before the older orders, which was really frustrating. And they never released any updates or information to explain the lengthy delays. I appreciate honesty in business. I can understand if someone is suddenly swamped with orders for which they were unprepared, but to ignore paying customers, when there is a no refund policy, which I find egregious, is just unacceptable.
