I have had goods delivered from ByBloom before with no trouble at all, so in firm belief that it would be okay to place a bigger order, I did just that. Result: the payment has been drawn from my account, but I never recieved the goods. This firm should be charged with fraud.

i have ordered from here before and everything worked out well, but this time not… I have paid my products, got the confirmation for my order that it has been shipped… well not- have not received my products, neither do they answer e-mails or telephone calls.
Total fraud this company!
Have reported now to authorities.

I have ordered some products from Bybloom and unfortunately I paid them by credit card. I received an order confirmation and also information that my order has been dispatched. However I have not received items yet. I have sent several e-mails, getting no answers. A tracking number is useless, there is no transport history.
Be smart and don't use this company's services. I won't.
