Absolutely rubbish do not buy from theese con artist I received a product that I paid 180 pound for honestly it looks like it鈥檚 worth 5 pounds I wasn鈥檛 able to get a refund because the item wasn鈥檛 damaged .. for that money you should have the option to return if your not satisfied but this doesn鈥檛 come under there returns policy absolute scam

I really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Echo what a lot of other people have said. Was a present for my niece – ordered 2 weeks before her birthday but the presents arrived well after her actual date. Arrived in two separate packages on different dates, poorly wrapped and the cheapest looking gifts i've ever seen. Ending up having to throw the cheap tat away and get something else. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I ordered a pack of 3 remote control electric candles. Received a box of electric night lights instead at half the value. They have not replied to repeated emails, and i am now trying to recover my cost through my credit card.

IT IS A SCAM – I ordered binoculars – weeks and weeks ago. No reply to emails, nothing – no support email address. Clearly their reviews are a hoax and because their website is fairly convincing they are getting away with criminal behaviour. DON't GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I ordered gym equipment after 20 minute want to cancel it won't let me, emailed them I have been told your order is already processed its on the way, 2 months is gone, didn't turned up. Hi guys after reading all the reviews on here I assumed it was a scam like everyone else mostly due to the lack of information.

However, the day after a logged a dispute with my bank about this transaction – the resistance bands I ordered arrived.

To be fair they seem a pretty good product for the price but have yet to stand the test of time. Feel a bit embarrassed assuming this was a scam and logging a complaint.

JUST TO BE CLEAR THIS IS NOT A SCAM COMPANY THEY ARE JUST HAVING DELAYS DUE TO COVID 19. Although I agree the poor communication was not excusable so I will give them a 3.

Same as everyone else. Complete scamming b******s. Ordered at the beginning of April resistance bands. Nothing. No replies to emails. Any good reviews on this regarding customer support must be fake. No number to actually speak to anyone. In process of reporting to watchdog

It's funny how this company has time to report all their negative reviewers to Trust Pilot for allegedly "breaching guidelines", but yet have NO TIME to actually respond to the people that have paid them for products that HAVE NOT TURNED UP.

Though it was a very poor experience,
RC car has finally arrived, not what I expected, packaged in polystyrene with no external box or instructions, very cheaply made in China, certainly not worth 拢63, bought an alternative from amazon for 拢106 and the difference between the two is astronomical, will not be dealing with this company again, BE CAREFUL if you intend to purchase.

Originally I posted that it was a scam as it took really long to arrive plus no replies from customer service.

To my surprise they turned up the other day! Still a pretty shoddy experience.

I purchased exercise equipment at the start of April, after a few weeks I chased up my order and was provided with a tracking number which does not work. Since then I have chased up by email and no response at all. This customer service is awful, my account was debited at the start of April and still no goods.

I would like to report this website buysimple.co.uk as a fraud. This company was selling some exercise equipment, which I bought for 拢30. Since then there is no update regarding the delivery of the order. I have been writing to the customer support email but there is no response. There is no telephone number on their website and the physical addresses mentioned are fake.
Please be careful.

Where is my order? I ordered my product nearly 2 weeks ago. I have emailed buysimple with no response, my tracking number does not even work, no email updates or texts. Will not be using again, seems like a scam.

Purchased an item in good faith on the 31st of march. Still waiting for it to arrive. They have not responded to any contact I have tried to make and the shipping code provided points to a Dutch site that says they have not received the package from the sender. Also seems that anyone raising a negative review to try and warn others is being blocked. Trust pilot you can verify my open case with PayPal so I do hope you post this as I thought the point of your site was to enable customer to buy with trust!!!

This lot wont answer your emails, claim not to operate under the Distance Selling Act, and I agree with the other Customer review that their Web site reviews are fake. AVOID.

Bought 2 bat flash lights, traking number didn鈥檛 work emailed them no reply. Got a reply eventually with a different Tracking number that said shipment was cancelled in China, emailed and then they told me the parcel had tried to be delivered 3 times but no one was in. This was during the lockdown so I hadn鈥檛 left my house in 5 weeks, so this was a blatant lie. Final nail in the coffin 30 days after order I had a card through the door from my local post sorting office that they had an international parcel for me which has a 拢15 customs charge to pay on it. Total bunch of crooks will not refund will not reply to emails. I would recommend that no one buys anything from these cowboys.

Terrible service, bought product over a week ago, still not received tracking number after asking for it numerous times.
