My issue is that I feel like Bwin does not listen to me nor does it try to really help me with my problem. The situation is that I have had a deposit of 500 Euro on the 15th of may and 20 Euro on the 16th of may. Suddenly after 2 weeks I received an E-mail stating that there was a charge back and that I have a debt now of 520 Euro.

I have never charged the money back nor have I ever received the 520 Euro back on my bank account. So I contacted Bwin support about this and also the live chat several times. They stated that there was a charge back and I had to provide evidence that this was not the case. I provided A PDF document with my bank statements of the entire month of may.

Bwin support told me their team is investigating the matter and I have to wait till the 4th of june because I should receive the money by then. And till that time I should wait there is nothing I could do. Several times I have asked if the debt is not a problem and I should not worry about it and I got the answer that I just should wait. Today my account on Bwin got closed and I received an E-mail back that I have to pay the debt now.

I鈥檓 very angry and disappointed in Bwin as they promise and communicate certain information with me but the opposite seems to happen.
