I placed an order, and paid for a rush delivery. 24 hours later, they send me an email to ask me to confirm the order via phone… why? Anyhow, i call and confirm it. When i get the ring i order it is much bigger than i wanted–i used their online ring size chart, and found out that it is totally unreliable. I wrote to them and did not hear back. I wait a couple of days and nothing. I called, and only got a voice mail. After trying to call again one day later, i gave up, decided to fill in the return form that came with the ring and send it back (at my own expenses). A few days after the ring is received by them, i send an email to find out what the status of the exchange order is, and i get in response an email saying that they do not exchange good, they we just going to cancel and refund my order. If i placed another order, they would give me free shipping. So, i placed another order, and i had to pay for shipment; still wait to see if they reimburse the shipping cost, but i dont think they will give the experience so far. Will never use their site again!
