In this case we need to cancel for other reason (fly cancel) but Wat is a pitty is the price who doesn't is correct regarding the market and the communication when you book. It will be beter to inform correctly for the details of the prices

Do not do business with BV Events, they are dishonest predators. Let me explain in detail what happened to me and you can judge for yourself.
For many years I have wanted to go to La Scala Opera in Milan to see an opera with my wife(I am an American living in Mulhouse, France), so in February of this year I did a Google search for 鈥淟a Scala Opera Tickets鈥?and BV Events came up at the top of the list. This means that Google is also guilty to some extent for what happened. I clicked on BV Events and then found tickets I wanted which were for Rigoletto on September 7th, 2019 at 8 PM. There were tickets available in my price range at 220 Euros per ticket (this is what I paid a few years ago for the Aida opera in Zurich for really good seats) so I bought 2 tickets, which were Category 3 tickets in the galleries. Naively I thought this was a fair price for such tickets, as the Scala is such a famous place and I expected tickets to be expensive. For me a fair price is the actual price a ticket agent pays plus a 20% commission, which is standard for the business. Thus these tickets should have cost BV Events about 220x.8=176 Euros. Keep this number in mind.
The tickets were delivered free of charge to our hotel as promised and when I looked at the tickets I saw they were printouts of tickets issued by ticketone.it , the name 鈥淏V Events鈥?was not mentioned anywhere on the tickets . The opera, the date and the time were correct: Rigoletto, Saturday, September 7th, 2019, 8PM, and the seats were category 3 seats in the Galleria as promised. The actual seats were Prima Galleria, Galleria Zona 2, fila 1(row 1) posto 21 and 22(seats 20 and 21). The tickets worked fine when scanned by the ushers and we enjoyed the opera, although the seats were not as good as we normally get.
Now what do you think the price listed on the ticket was? It was 69 Euros!!!!!! So I went to the official La Scala site (this is something I should have done back in February, but greedy Google, paid quite well with the dirty money from BV Events, put BV Events at the top of the search list). At the official La Scala website I saw that tickets in Galleria Zona 2 go for 69 Euros, so this is the correct price. It also matches the price listed on the posters on display outside the theater itself.
When I saw that the tickets I paid 220 Euros for are normally sold for 69 Euros I asked the guy at the ticket office on the night of the performance (there were lots of people buying tickets because it was not sold out, in fact there were empty seats next to us during the performance) if BV Events is a criminal organization and he said they are NOT licensed as an official ticket agency for LA Scala and their behavior is predatory, but not criminal. I agree. The BV Events mark up for these tickets was 220/69 = 3.19, or 319%. This is predatory even by loan shark standards.
I should add one note. BV Events does say that they supply a free night in a 2 star hotel, but they don鈥檛 say which hotel, so it could very well be a flea bag (2 star hotels often are) 10 KM from the city center. Not wanting to take a chance, we booked a room at the Hotel Milano Scala through booking.com for 346 Euros. This is a 4 star hotel located at 7 Via dell'Orso, Milano and is a 5 minute walk from the theater. The hotel is top notch, excellent breakfast included, WIFI included, everything you expect from a 4 star hotel. So don鈥檛 be sidetracked by the free hotel room nonsense. BV Events knows good and well anyone coming to Milan to see an opera at La Scala will not take them up on the offer to stay at a 2 star hotel.
In closing, avoid BV Events at all costs. Their business plan is to rip off gullible fans of spectator events by charging 300%+ commissions on tickets that can be bought directly from legitimate venues. They are ticket scalpers pure and simple. Technically speaking what they are doing is legal, but it is also predatory and absolutely disgusting and BV Events knows it. If enough people get this message we can force them out of business because no one will fall into their trap. Alex Garvin, Mulhouse France

Postscript: As you can see in the reply below from BV Events(notice how the author does not give his name) he first asks what I do for a living, as if it is any of his business and has anything to do with the topic at hand. I happen to be a research scientist with a PhD in Biochemistry and I specialize in cancer diagnostics, I am not a ticket scalper that wants to hurt my competition. He then asks how many bottles of mineral water I drank at the 4 star hotel I stayed at!!! Talk about deflecting attention from what needs to be discussed, which is BV's hideous 320% profit margin. But since he asked, I had a bottle and so did my wife, and the mineral water was complimentary, not 5 Euros per bottle. After all, this was a 4 star hotel and not a 2 star hotel. Then he says that hundreds of BV customers take up the offer to stay free of charge in a 2 star hotel. First of all, what is the percentage of customers that take the hotel option? It is most likely a few percent, because who wants to stay in a 2 star hotel? 2 stars is the lowest rating, just look on booking.com These hotels can be had for as little as 40 Euros per night in Milan and are often dirty, and sometimes dangerous. So here is what BV does: They offer a very cheap hotel free of charge knowing that very few customers will take up the offer and if they do it won't cost them very much. Their hotel costs are more than made up for my the 320% profit margin they make in the ticket sales. Pretty smart if you ask me.

He also says "We are authorized to sell by our license". I am sure they have a license to do business in Milan, but they are definitely not a licensed reseller of tickets for La Scala Theater. Just call La Scala and ask them if you have any doubts. They would never do business with shameless scalpers that mark up the tickets by 320%. They do business with ticketone, which is a licensed reseller of La Scala tickets. Ticketone charges the normal commission of 20%, not 320%. So go ahead, opera fans, and buy your tickets from which ever reseller you prefer. If you are comfortable with a 320% mark up, then by all means go with BV Events, they will love you for it.

I bought a package for Rigoletto at la Scala and they sent me the ticket by email and also the voucher for a nice hotel Antares Concorde not in the city center by it has the metro close. Their price Is more convenient than booking.com

That is simply crazy and outrageous:
For opera tickets in the Arena in Verona this page is charging 190 Eur instead of 62 (official price on the opera house's webpage).
For the next category it is 230 instead of 121 and so on.
Exact same tickets, only you can not chose the seats (as you can on the official pages), only the category. Which to my experience always leaves you with the worse seats.
In other words: The page is selling less for 3 times the price.

So back to the initial question: Why would anyone buy here?
Well, the page is obviously selling to those who don't know that one can order the tickets directly from the official homepage of Arena di Veron (in many languages).

Do not buy your tickets here. This company is doing something called ticket scalping. They purchase most tickets and resell them at higher prices pushing prices up. They make money off the back of artists and performers. If people stop buying from them, this practice will stop. These companies are the reason tickets of events are immediately sold out.

The only thing positive I can add is that they did reimburse the tickets I purchased but based on other reviews this is certainly not always the case.

Do not trust this website!!!!
1) not an official reseller. You can read on the website of Scala that they beware of those companies. They purchase and sell at a huge upmark, practice that is sueable in quite a few countries of the EU.
2) will pretend that you purchased with a hotel room whilst at no point this is clear until receiving the invoice. Guess this is an attempt to make this a legit sale.
3) shocked to find out that google ads puts this as first website when looking for Scala di Milan tickets. This clearly helps the scam to continue!

I bought tickets for the theater in Milan La Scala opera and I was satisfied with their service. The tickets have been delivered in time to my hotel and the seats were good and also the view.

My mum always wanted to go to la Scala so this year for her birthday I decided to take her to Milano. The only problem was that the tickets was sold out on the official website (the cheaper ones in Gallery) so at the end I went up on bvevents.com. They managed to find two nice seats for us without spending a fortune (paid 100 for a ticket) and they also offered 1 night in hotel so it was quite convenient so, now I may say that I was lucky to find them as my mum was really happy and enjoyed her birthday.

My experience is positive. I bought four tickets for La Scala and I immediately received positive feedback and received the tickets quickly.

Never buy tickets with this company.
1) at La Scala you will get tickets 3 times cheaper if you buy directly
2) you probably will not notice, but they will sell you tickets with 2* hotel
3) and then you will try to deal with the very arrogant manager by email because this company doesn't publish their phone on the website (strange isn't it?)
4) they don't even care to sell you 3 tickets which you buy for the family at the different places, and when you ask why the answer " You didn't ask together".
Lovely ….

Update: I failed to notice that the offer included a night in a hotel. I apologise to BV Events for my earlier review where I suggested the price of the tickets was very high.
