I returned two lots, one defective and one that was not the right product.

I sent them back on time (at my expense which is already not normal) and I received the confirmation emails of the two returns on May 19, 2020.

Today, despite several unanswered requests, I have still not been reimbursed.

The service is very very very bad, I would even say that they are scammers !!!

I wish I can give 0 stars :(. Awful site and service. Overpriced and not clearly specified merchandise going for ridiculously high prices. Unclear bidding rules and fee amounts. No buyer protection whatsoever. This should not be allowed to operate under the consumer protection act.
Outrageous auction fees – from 17 to 19.3 % of the final item price. Even eBay does not charge more than 9 % and they charge it a the sellers end ! BVA Auctions can sing the song about selling items below price, but the truth is – their merchandise is old and most of the time not in production anymore! Prices are well above RRP (Recommended Retail Price) at the time of manufacturing and even items that are currently in sold – say at amazon.nl are having higher prices here. They claim to be cheap, but this is and remains UTTER and ABSOLUTE LIE !

A pure scam if you ask me!

Don鈥檛 trust them! They sell worthless stuff, intentionally misleading the clients on their website. Refusing taking the products back under their guarantee. It is simply a fraud.

UPDATE: They lie below, all the loots I got have water damage and this is what I answered, they are simply avoiding responsibility.

Incomplete transaction. We have not received the FSC Certificate, which is required as confirmation of the legality of wood. The case will be referred to court.

I have bid on and won several smaller lots (small money) and one big lot (more expensive). I have paid for them. At my surprise, on pick up day, the supplier told me that the expensive good was no longer on stock.
I have discussed also with BVA and they did not even want to analyse the problem and they hurry to give me my money back. Given the fact that the most expensive good was missing, I have requested BVA to not pick up the smaller goods and receive a refund for the entire value of the invoice. BVA responded that I'm a "business customer" and that I have to pick up the smaller lots.
When I have asked a refund for the transport also, BVA told me that if I pick up the smaller goods they can not refund for the transport because the transport was also for these items too. They did not take into account the fact that in this situation the cost of the transport is three times higher than the actual goods received

In my opinion, BVA is playing with its customers – if you win a lot at a very low price (that does not suit them) they will lie and say there is no stock and put it back for auction or sell it in order to achieve a better price.

This is not the first time when this happens. In previous situation I have been refunded with a smaller price than the one paid for the lots that were "out of stock" and could not be picked up. BVA did not refund the auction fee although the products did not reached destination and was not the client's fault.

It's unprofessionnally and customers are taking a huge risk when buying from BVA!

During an offer my account was blocked, I tried to solve the problem via e-mail and then in chat, but without results … in the meantime the auction was closed and I missed the opportunity to make further offers; I've made various offers for this good in pasts days without any problem, but in the few hours before the end of auction something went wrong, support chat told me they "..will forward your message to the relevant department which will be of further assistance to you." but nobody conctacted me. Hope sincerely was a unusual technical error.. Best regards

In relation to Your reply I must insist that I have not received any email or phone call from You, other than those of acceptance of my offers and those of exceeding my offer; and also I contacted You before the auction expires to solve the problem, if this is not a confirmation of the willingness to continue in the auction.. I would not know what else you expect from the bidders.

I bid on some game headset last Sunday and won so I was sent an invoice to pay which I did. Two days later the parcel was at my end which was a good thing 馃憤馃従. But later on I realised my account has been used to bid on a bed which I knew nothing about, I feel that鈥檚 unprofessional and it gives the the company a bad reputation.

The product I received is not the product advertised. It is an older model of the same brand. Furthermore, it has not one but two broken parts, so it's not working. It would be literally the same if they would send me an old car tire instead. More than 10 days passed since they promised that someone will contact me soon after I sent video proof and explained the situation.

Communication slow. I am currently waiting two weeks to transport goods, wheels from Belgium to the Netherlands and I still do not have an answer when it will be done so I can order my trucker. disaster

the way how you show the products is tirying because you scroll down and see th same products again and again.

Also I feel that the worth price that you mention is not true. With XL for example the product results to be higher here than in other websites.

It is a risk to buy here in conclusion. Sometimes also not great description or not enough photos or details of the product

I purchased products for a total amount of 600鈧?a year ago. It turned out that they don't have them in stock.
I haven't received a refund until today.
I wrote ebout 50 e-mails to them and they are lying all the time that they will give me my money back tomorrow. It has been a year and I have neither the products nor the money.
It's such a big company and they are so unserious and make such frauds!
I warn everyone not to buy anything in this company.
I must report them to the Police.

Disaster!
A week ago I won auction "Activity tracker smart en sport waterdicht groen, Nieuw" on BVA Auctions.
I was shocked after opening the package… instead of the "green/black sports watch" I got an old gray metal SECONDHAND (dirty after use of the previous owner) watch!
Someone in this company replaces products during packaging!
I send an email asking for clarification >>> no answer!

Good Morning,
I am a regular user and buyer with bva.
But since 1 month , it is absolutely catastrophic.
The 16.08 I bought a bike through the auction.About 10 k 鈧? I paid the bike and then waiting for the approval to pick it up , which arrived after the pick up day. Since this day I called them few times , sent more then 10 emails , but didn't t receive any answer. So at this moment, Bva has the money and also the bike since more then 3 weeks. Due to no answer , I have no other feeling that this business is a scam. I am actually checking with all peoples having the same problem to make a group justice court complaint

I do believe that BVA is a scam. I have bid on and won several smaller lots but my one big lot, which I won at a really good price was according to BVA out of stock. I agreed to wait and was really in no particular hurry to get the bamboo garden set. But BVA was in a serious hurry to give me my money back despite me not complaining or objecting to having to wait. A refund was processed without my consent. Even though Vida the product supplier confirmed in writing that the product was in stock and the very same item had in fact gone on auction again. My view is that BVA has a minimum price they need to make. If you win a lot at a very low price they will lie and say there is no stock and put it back up for auction in order to achieve a better price.

I have had to wait weeks for refunds before but this time round, the creditors department was lightning fast at giving me my money back and the item was reauctioned and sold to someone else.

BVA ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!

Some time back when i was scrolling in the site i saw a computer that i liked for my job. So i bid for the computer and won the lot. After the 1 month wait from the transportation company to bring it to me i open it and i see the some case but in my surprise the specs were a LOT worse than the ones the lot was describing. I immediately send an email to ask what happening and the first answer that i got was that they can't do anything about it because they have sent it a month ago. After that i explained that it wasn't my fault they ask some photo proofs of the product that it shows the problem so i took some photos and i sent them. They see for themselves that i am not lying. After some emails and a couple of weeks of communications the final answer i got was that i have two options:
1 is to keep the computer(that it is useless for the work i bought it for) and compensate me with some money for the inconvenience( the money that they were giving it was just enough to cover only the transport expenses), and the second option is to give me back the money that i paid for it and i should pay the transportation of the item that it was 70-80% of the product to get it back to them. So in conclusion i paid for an item i didn't want because of their mistake. Bad really bad support i thought that they would be more professionals on matters like these.
