PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS, THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE THE FAKE ONE'S VIA BUZZ STAFF…… I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY TRADING STANDARDS HAVENT SHUT THIS DOWN, DAILY MY COMPANY IS LOOSING STOCK THROUGH THESE ASSHATS!! ACTION FRAUD….TAKE NOTE…..TRADING STANDARDS…DO YOUR JOB!!

Bought an Avengers Gaunlet for my son's upcoming birthday as I was competively priced. After an email from another lady it turns out Buzz Retailer place orders using stolen credit cards. So I probably would have recieved the Gaunlet as the order had been placed with another well know Toy Store with my name and address but with someone else's credit card and email address. Please ignore all the good reviews on Trustpilot as they are obviously created by the scam merchants.

Just been scammed by this website using my details to order from another retailer using a stolen card for an entirely different customer. Avoid at all costs.

Price seemed good, but after placing order had call advising order had been placed with completely different company using stolen card!!!!!! Would not trust my with card details ever again.

Rubbish . They use Amazon Logistics to deliver. They have posted my parcel to a house up the road as I was not in. Guess what! They refuse to answer the door when I try and collect. How can anyone be so naive as to leave a parcel at an unauthorised address for collection??!!!!! Well the answer is you can鈥檛 be. They just delivered anywhere without any responsibility. Only interested in meeting their delivery targets and not wanting the expense of a re deliveryDO NOT USE

Now I got an email from Buzz trying to make out it鈥檚 perfectly reasonable to knowingly deliver to the wrong address and that I should waste more of my time UNPAID to try and retrieve that parcel. I asked them did they check the person who took the parcel actually lived there and if she was actually called that name. For some reason no response.!
SO IF YOU WANT THIS SORT OF HASSLE IN YOUR LIFE : THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU

Got an email from them just now saying it鈥檚 all my fault if I buy online I should make sure I am in even when they give no indication of any time in the day of any day it will get there.they say they just don鈥檛 understand why anyone who is not at home all day would bother to buy online!!鈥檔n And as far as they are concerned delivering to a person they don鈥檛 even know actually lives in a house three doors up in a major city in an area of multiple house occupancy is just as good as me signing for it! I tried to paste the email it鈥檚 an absolute beauty and how dare I waste their time because I am so unreasonable as to be worried why the people in the house who I do not know aren鈥檛 answering the door???
So there you have it what a great company (I don鈥檛 think so)

Arrived the next working day, well packed all round 5 stars!

BEWARE THIS COMPANY! My husband was just scammed by this site which has been taken down again. They target customers through an advert in Gumtree. They sent a faulty disc and have now disappeared. Wish we had seen the review below before he paid the money.
