I purchased a projector from this company last year that was not operable. After several phone calls, they promised a replacement, that I have not received. Now I cannot get phone calls answered.

Thinking about purchasing some supplies from them but not sure they are trustworthy. There are 3 different domains but website has been deleted.

Buzz took me thru a 3rd party payment called Melio. Once you pay thru melio they got you. CANNOT get any refund through my credit card. Chase Bank wont refund because "terms and conditions" you sign to make payment relives Melio of fault. Buzz is now a closed business.

sent 3 pieces of equipment. one was sent back without repair, paid $2000 for to have one come back inoperable, and the other with a missing printer and black screen. the guy that owns the scam company is a fraud POS.

I believe this company is a hoax. We received a Visual Field machine from them that was totally unusable as it did not work from Day 1. We sent it back in mid-December and have been trying to receive word on its maintenance progress since then (it is now May 11th). They have repeatedly said that the machine "requires more extensive maintenance than was originally anticipated" despite telling us the machine was in perfect working order when they sold it to us and the fact that it has been almost 6 months since they received it. Now we get an undeliverable message when we try to email their Help department. We never received a refund or the Visual Field machine back, which we had already paid for. Very disappointed.

They have an awesome website, whoever did it gets 5 stars.

Unfortunately if it sound too good to be true, it is.

BuzzOptics is a terrible company. Rating "0". Con-artists, decievers.. 3 years ago our office "Advanced Eye Care, Ltd." bought a Humphrey 750i Visual Field instrument from BuzzOptics. In 2.5 years a remote control in this instrument was broken and BuzzOtics said that they can not fix it. But they offer to buy it from our office. The instrument was sold and delivered to BuzzOptics. BuzzOptics said that they transferred a payment over PayPal to our account. It was a lie. Money NEVER appeared on the account. From that time (about a year ago) our office NEVER got paid for this instrument. In other words it was a con operation to steal our equipment. We complained to BBB, All BBB complaints were unanswered. Our advice NEVER deal with BuzzOptics.

I sold an autolensometer to them 3 months ago and still getting the run around about payment.I never can speak to the accounting department just reps who promise expediting the issue but it never gets resolved. I'm beginning to believe the company is either very poorly managed, has poor cash flow or a scam.
I will never do business with them again and Hope I get my $384.00!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They take months to send the equipment out even though the payment went thru immediately. Not only that, but the equipment they sent was beat up and does not work. Do not waste your money.

id give a '0' star rating if that was possible.

do not buy from this company, short and sour…they sent us a broken machine, delayed getting back to us til warranty was over and been fighting with them for a year for replacement….WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Although it took two weeks to get it, our new Tono Pen works great.

Our old Humphrey Autorefractor broke down finally after 15 years of service. I contacted Zeiss to get it repaired but they no longer service it and offered me no help whatsoever. I was happy to learn about Buzz whom I learned is the only company that service the Humphrey any longer. Happy to know that I鈥檒 be able to get more years of use out of it.

I have sold used equipment to Buzz. Very easy to accomplish the transaction, shipping, etc. I have also purchased a fundus camera in great condition and at a good price. I like buzz enough to also have more refurbished equipment on order. Always attentive and always respond back. Just recently they even added a full year warranty to my fundus camera at no charge. Keep it up Buzz.

Hands down the best source for repair of Zeiss devices that are no longer repaired by manufacturer. They service all Zeiss devices at great rate.

Sold several devices under their recycling program- all very smooth and professional transactions.

BuzzOptics was great over the phone with advising me as to my next pretest Tonometer. I ended up selecting a model under my budget that they thought would work just as well as other higher priced models. I am overall very satisfied with them and would recommend.
