I cannot fault the price and speed of delivery. However, the main factor that distinguishes a good retailer from a nefarious one is the old adage of customer service. In this case, there was none.

Trying to return an item was like playing tag with a fox. Buzz tried to hide behind their own made-up terms and conditions that have no bearing in UK retail law. In particular, distance selling regulations and sale of goods act.

In no uncertain terms I was told that they would not accept any return from me and I was wasting everyone's time. That's when PayPal stepped in and they instructed me to return the item to their address.

I sent the package with tracking to Buzz and they refused to sign or collect the item (very childish) and PayPal gave them ample time to respond, which they didn't. So ultimately the case went in my favour.

So all in all, seriously weigh up if saving a few quid is actually worth it and avoid these unscrupulous people.

I will rate 5 star in spite of the experience as been a strange at one point… So, I have order a ghd glide hot brush (cheaper than anywhere else! so definitely worth the try… I thought in spite of being a bit reluctant with the terrible reviews). I did my order on the 11 April 2020 and received it today (21 April 2020 by parcel force). The strange point was that on the 17th April they sent me a fake tracking number from Hermes saying that the order had already been delivered… this got me really stressed but after 5 minutes they sent me another valid number… However, on the 19th they wrote me an email saying that Hermes didnt pick my order so they would send my parcel instead by parcel force. I was a bit worried still, but yesterday they sent me the tracking number and today I got the brush… It is in impeccable condition with receipt and manufacturer guarantee of 2 years.
From my experience, I believe that buzz-retail is still a 'green' not yet very organised company but legit and I would buy from them again… If you are worried do your purchases with paypal.

I was quite sceptical about buying from this company as i saw some negative reviews on here, but decided to risk it and pay by paypal. I bought ring doorbell from them at 拢20 cheaper than everywhere else.. received my item exactly 7 days after ordering ( there was 2 bank holidays in between and in the middle of covid19 pandemic). My order was delivered by parcelforce and box and invoice was showing different company 50five.co.uk, which seems like legit smart home device company.. not sure if theres anything dogdy happening here but im very happy with my purchase!

Ordered a Tommee Tippee machine from them, as they had one in white "in stock". After 12 days of waiting, I have still not received my machine. The only thing I have received is excuses. First, I was told that the machine has been delayed due to delays with manufacturer, and that there was going to be a 1 week lead time for them to receive the machine, however, they had a black one "in stock", if i wanted that one, they can send it to me asap. I told them that they can ship me the black one, but 3 days later they messaged me that they decided to wait rather than sending me the black unit, as they have now received the white unit, and will send me the white unit. I have still not received any delivery information or delivery.
Getting tired of their lies, poor service – should have ordered it somewhere else!!

Do not buy from this company. I believe it is a scam Organisation that takes your money and then uses all kinds of excuses for not delivering the goods ordered and paid for.

On the surface this is a great site offering top quality goods at knockdown prices. My whisky order was fulfilled in under 48 hours and came with an unexpected branded mug and magazine. The outer packaging had a small hole in it but no impact on items.

I am concerned by the number of negative reviews and what appear to be fake reviews but my experience has been near-perfect. I still have a nagging doubt about how these discounts are funded so my advice is to only use PayPal and remain vigilant.

Easy, quick and reliable. I ordered a bottle of whisky and it arrived the very next day.

They also got in touch to see if everything was fine which was very nice of them!

I bought my Epson printer from this website, which is working great and after looking around at the cost of inks I found they were as good as anybody on price. I got the printer 2 days after ordering which is very quick considering the free shipping charge.

Bandit company.

Bought a Japanese knife following advert of Facebook.
$34 and paid via PayPal.

No contact at all and no sign of despatch.

It's now 3rd March. Item has NOT arrived & their customer services person, Lisa Gill, has a habit of attempting to fob me off with Corvid-19 nonsense.
I've demanded a refund. But apparently as my item is in transit, I am not entitled to one.
I will be contacting PayPal for a refund via them.
I do NOT recommend Buzz. I might just be unlucky, but when you order a birthday present a month in advance of needing it & then it still doesn't turn up (now a week after the birthday), all I can say is, order now for Christmas 2021!!!

I have used Buzz Retail a few times now for our office requirements and the service is always excellent. The prices are good and the delivery is always within the time frame provided.

I purchased a HP laserjet printer and it is much cheaper than Curry鈥檚. It delivered to me in perfect condition and within three days.
The communication between customers and sellers is first class, they inform the date of delivery.
Wonderful online company that I would buy with confidence.

Great Shopping Experience at the best price I found.

The item never arrived and they don't reply to any of my emails. (they don't have any phone number to contact them).

Strange Experience – But successful in the end – I eventually got what I ordered. I ordered 2 Samsung SSD drives at a very good price on the 16th Jan 2020. The first one arrived from Austria !? on the 21st of Jan, and the paperwork stated that I had ordered 1 but was charged the full price. I questioned this on the Buzz message system they replied quite quickly and they said it was a mistake and the 2nd was on its way, after a few days they gave me a UPS tracking number. The second part of the order arrived on the 3rd Feb 2020. So it took a while, and there was a degree of anxiety but all ok in the end. Overall the experience I think was poor because of the mistakes and use of a third party in Austria to deliver what I had ordered from a UK company. "Average" would have been receiving everything I ordered within a 2-3 days – this was less than average hence 2 stars = poor.

Delivered on time our local friendly DPD driver. Good quality product. Very pleased will be using buzz retail again. Have already recommended to friends.
