Very trusted shop. I bought iPhone 7 and it is exactly as described. Definitely buy with confidence. Very good price & performance ratio.

Slow customer service meant that my order was shipped and I was charged even though I canceled the order minutes after I made it. I did not receive a reply to my cancelation email for 5 days after I sent it. They now want me to carry out a cumbersome new process involving having to pay for returns out of pocket and print out various forms. Due to COVID19 my local print shops are closed, and I am unable to print the forms. I am now out 300 euros. This shopping experience is a nightmare! Don't recommend.

So I bought an iMac and it shipped in 2 days – and then 2 day delivery. Item better than expected!! Mouse and keyboard included.

Super Fast delivery

Everything as expected – not the fastest shipping (ordered the 27th of September, received the phone on the 8th of October). But I would order from them again, they have a responsive customer service and the phone is as ordered.

Very quick delivery to Denmark. Product was as decribed. Will ude ZOXS again.

I received a package from BuyZOXS which supposedly contains an Apple iPhone 7, and an invoice which claims that I have made a payment of some 鈧?27,94 for said item.

I have neither ordered anything from this company, nor has any charge been made to any account for the sum mentioned.

I suspect that this is a scam, and shall be reporting it to the Police.

Update: After 14 days Zoxs finally gets around to refunding my money. All of my money? No, of course not, they deducted 10%, claiming that the item was no longer "wie Neu…" This is a complete fabrication, as I had only opened the pakage to check the contents, it was never used in any way, shape, or form. At most there might be a fingerprint on the display.
So there you have it. Zox sends you something you never ordered, then has the nerve to make you pay to send it back, drags it's feet returning funds, and deducts 10% from the amount that they owe you.

Nice Scam, and I've reported them to Amazon, and will also be doing the same to the Verbraucherschutz.
