I paid for a Phone in October 2018, recieved an earphone inmail intead. I have not been reimbursed neither has my purchased item forwarded to me. This inspite the fact i have made numerous attempts to contact them via emai . An auto relpy is all i keep getting

Provided tracing that did not exist.
