Never got the ordered products

On October 22 2014 I placed the order online that never received the products. While contacting the seller "where is my order?" I was told that "it's out of stock therefore, it will take longer time to receive it" after 2 weeks realized that eventually this is a fraud hit, I contact the seller again that took me two days to reach him, he asked me to wait another week, after that additional waiting week of waiting, called again than I was told I'll get a refund that up to date never arrived. Since then, I'm not able to contact the seller anymore and when searching for the business I have found that the address is fiction. The seller is probably working from home and cheating with nice website under Yahoo roof. I'm sure I'm not the only one that been hit by this crook. Please help.
