After being shopping a LOT at amazon – buyvip, we will stop our shopping from this day and forward. In the beginning we got it as we wanted. We shopped a lot, got our packages, the once that was too small/big or whatever the reason was, was sended back and we got the money back from the sending.

Everything was good….

But now, we recently sended back 5 packages with a lot of clothing we needed a refund for, and was promised, that we would get refunded the money for sending aswell – like we always do.

But no. After sitting on their chat-service, for several hours discussing back and forward, we came to an agreement. If we gave them some certain information they wanted from us (about the guy, working at amazon who gave us back the money in the past), then they would refund our money.
We gave the information, and the guy we talked to closed the convo without anything and "the case was closed".

We have used a lot of time and energy on this, and will not go further on, but will just aware people to watch out with their service, cause thats a complete joke.

We have spend thousands of euro's on amazon buyvip and will not tolerate this service matter anymore. Bye.
