Please do not buy from this store! I have purchased a pair of ugg boots which I returned because the button fell off the first time I tried them on at home. When I took them in for a refund – I was told they don't do refunds (even though their website says they do) and I was given a replacement pair. When I got the new pair home, the sole was coming off!!! When I took them back again, they still refused to refund my money and even after going through the ombudsman, I am out $150! They are cheaply made, terrible quality boots do not buy from here!
