Our front float tire wheel was leaking air and going flat because the wheel had developed a hairline crack. We needed a quick solution so we ordered a replacement wheel from Buy Truck Wheels on Friday and paid regular retail price for the new wheel along with a premium overnight delivery charge for FedEx of $255 for weekend delivery. Which they suggested we do. Saturday came and went with no delivery, then by Sunday afternoon still no delivery. I called FedEx and they explained the company actually paid normal ground delivery of $75 and that our order was set to be delivered on Monday, thereby having us miss a full day of work and pay. We are so disgusted! The saleman should have double checked our order as it was being processed as it was clear in our communication with him and listed on our invoice that we had paid for the new wheel along with the charge for overnight delivery. This is clearly someone typing up and order with no follow-up and it has bitten us in the butt. Get your act together Buy Truck Wheels!

Long story short I ordered the wrong product they did me right and I ended up buying another product instead for double the cost. Fast shipping. Made it easy for me. The adapters and very stout! Wheels I got are top notch also.

I purchased some new 22.5" Alcoa wheels and tires for my RV..they arrived, but they forgot to balance them..so they offered to cover the cost to balance them at a local shop..and even an extra $100 for the inconvenience. That was excellent customer service. Then then asked me to send a pic of my rig with the wheels installed, and in return they would send me a "gift card". I sent in the pic, which they began using in their advertising…but did not send the gift card. I messaged them after a month and they said it "must have gotten lost in the mail".. they assured me they send them out monthly, and I would get it then. So I waited another 2 months, and still no gift card.. I emailed them again and they replied "You'll get it when we send them out again. Sorry we only do it every so often." …total brush off and total disrespect for their customer.

Ordered an aluminum wheel (by phone) on Friday and the representative said that the wheel would be delivered on Wednesday. Called back on Wednesday evening to follow up after the wheel didn't arrive. I spoke to Paul to find out the status of the wheel and they could not find the order. They found my phone call but the order was not placed. I asked if they could send me the wheel next day and he said yes but the freight would be over $100. I asked if we could split the freight since they fouled up the order and he said no because they would be loosing money. We have lost money and three days wait time on trailer that needs to be in the road. Worst customer service you could ever find. If you're in a hurry, don't waste your time.

I called and talked to a gentleman named Paul. He was able to help me find exactly the wheels I was looking for. The shipping was free so we didn't expect to see them for a few days, but were extremely surprised the next day when they arrived in less than 24 hours after we made the order! The wheels were in perfect condition, exactly what we had ordered. I couldn't believe how fast they arrived. I would highly recommend this site for anyone who needs truck wheels.

I called and talked to Paul about Alcoa Dura Bright wheels and explained I wanted the latest EVO technology. Paul assured me that is what they would ship(Free shipping I might add), and in a few days, my wheels arrived Exactly as described. I am Very happy with this company, and Paul.

I attempted to order a wheel with a price listed as $0.00. Knowing the wheel was not free, I asked customer service how much the wheel was. They told me it depended where it was shipping to. I asked why, when the site has "free shipping on everything" in bold on top of every page. No reply. Sounds like a scam to me.
Update: I called the number listed for support, it went to a personal voicemail. And as to his claim that it is very rare and very heavy. He claims to sell TRUCK WHEELS not feathers. Truck wheels are heavy by the very fact they they are for use on TRUCKS. Even if I was going to order aluminum wheels they would still be big and heavy, so not sure in what world truck wheels are light enough to offer free shipping. Advertizing gimmick.
