Not shipping a product I was charged for
I ordered a grill cover on 11/6/16 and received an email that confirmed my order. It also said I would receive an email when the item was shipped. My credit card was charged $44.90 for the product on 11/6/16. Beginning 12/8/16, I began emailing the company, asking if my item had shipped, had a tracking number, etc. There were no replies to 3 emails and when I called their phone number, they ask you to leave a message – then you are told "mailbox is full". I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow regarding the charge for an item never delivered.
