I started off very happy with the price of their dutch bike, however after the purchase it all went down hill.
Firstly, they didnt send my bike in the 8days max they ahve on their site, i emailed them with no reply. After 16 days i called them and was told they lost it the warehouse and it would be resent to me. I have been waiting 5 weeks and nothing, no email, and i am having difficulty phoning them due to their oddly lo,ng number, and their frankly stupid opening hours (9am-3pm Monday -Friday) as i am a student this makes it very hard to contact them on the go in the day when they apparently take customer queries.
I Was So looking forward to the bike, now i dont even want it, its winter now and i needed for the begining of the year. I would continue with the purchase if only it was easier to contact them!

Very loud bikes to ride, poorly sent by packaging and as a result the bicycle gets damaged, for example I ordered 6 dutch bicycles and on every bike the wheel were buckled, handle bar grips were damaged and some assembly parts were missing. However the customer service by email may be very slow, if you call them you can get very good quick customer service. They were more than happy to send me 6 sets of brand new wheels and all of which are true and perfect as they should be for a new bike. They also sent all other bike parts that were needed 100% free of charge. Lots of hassle for new bikes but very cheap prices.
