BuySPRY

If I could give it zero stars I would. I bought a Macbook laptop, refurbished. On day 89, literally, it stopped working. It would make the boot up sound, but the screen remained black. It did not occur to me to look into warranty because I thought it was a fixable problem. I spend the next few days trying to find solutions online to fix it. Nothing worked. I called Apple who tried to direct me over the phone, but those methods did not work. So an appointment with Apple was made, which took a few days. Then I dropped it off and they took a day to inspect it. It needed a whole new screen, which costs 750$ including labour. I then contacted Buyspry for a warranty. Yes, I was a few days out of the warranty period, but I started looking into the situation immediately. It was not as if I didn't do anything to try to problem solve. Apple also noted that the tracking pad was not functioning well and would cost $400 to repair. I am out $900 (the price I paid for the laptop) and no laptop. Even a partial reimbursement would have been appropriate. Not only will I NOT recommend BuySpry, but I am actively going out of my way to tell people not to buy from here. I appealed their decision twice and received a generic email rejection each time. Horrible refurbishing, horrible customer service and horrible experience. This is my first review on any product ever. I am not someone who posts any reviews usually but I am here because I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I was shipped a defective device and I've spent multiple days trying to contact them to sort things out. The customer service phone doesn't work and they don't seem to reply to any emails. I'm absolutely appalled with the lack of care this company has shown.

I bought a phone with them on groupon. The phone does not work at all. I took it to apple store, the phone cannot be set up. The processor is completely destroyed. I never had issues with Groupon before, so I thought I was dealing with a legit business. The company does not respond me. Nobody answers the phone either. I believe the only good reviews here are from them writting about themselves. We should file a lawsuit against them. I even heard that if I ship the phone back, they will claim that the box got there empty.

I have contacted this company multiple times – the representatives are abrupt, unyielding and unhelpful. I purchased an iPhone 11 that was less than $100 from a new one – does not come with any original components and the phone was in poor condition. It's not worth the savings – they are a nightmare if you have to contact them about any issues with your order/product quality.

I ordered this phone on 9/18/20 and received my iPhone 8 on 9/23/20 and was very disappointed . I went through the process of transferring everything from my phone which seemed to go well. I went to take a picture and there is a wobbling and out of focus problem. I guess I assumed a problem like this would not happen with a" refurbished phone ". On 9/23/20 I contacted Walmart who in turn contacted the seller BuySPRY to inform them of the problem. From the time I ordered and finally received my refund it was 20 days. I was not given a opportunity to personally speak to anyone or to receive another phone. Not at all happy with the whole experience. Would not recommend BuySpry to anyone.

A friend of mine from Other World Computing (he buys in bulk from Buyspry) recommended this seller to me to purchase a 2020 Macbook Air. I bought mine for just under $900 and it came with the original box and all the accessories. Surprised to see that this seller with an over 99% satisfaction rating on eBay (where I bought my laptop) has such low review scores here, something smells fishy

My phone arrived in good condition, i liked the box it came in. I got it from Amazon and enjoyed it. It still had some warranty from Apple so that was a nice bonus, I would definitely recommend.

Bought on ebay
1. Sent package late
2. Was not told about import fees
3. When opening a return they harass you and get ebay to close i
4. Constantly ask you for a good review through the whole thing, im guessing before you realize they are screwing you over

So I bought an IPHONE 11 let me tell you not even a month in. Matter of fact last Thursday I was at the gym and all of a sudden my wifi AND bluetooth go out on me. Out of nowhere, like I didn't drop it, nothing wrong with it all. I tried to turn it on and off you know like normal wifi problems. That aint work. Mind you im in the middle of a workout, I mess with it a little more til i figured it wasnt coming back on… Overnight I try and reset it thru itunes to let it update. I thought it was an update issue. Wasn't that, so I call apple support next morning. Employee says she'll set up an appointment with apple support in BestBuy for the following Friday(yesterday). Before this I took it to a few iphone fix places to see if they could figure out the issue and they couldn't… It took about 10 resets for apple support to figure out they determine the issue of the matter. UNFORTUNATELY, I don't have apple warranty so I couldn't get it fixed unless I blow $400 extra on what I paid for the phone which was $749 including warranty. I should've known from the box it came from I wasted a whole check! Also, I emailed them thru EBAY and they started out apologizing and saying we will give you a refund blah blah, but up until now I have heard NOTHING! I am in NEED of a phone and DO NOT want to pay for another one! Everybody is trying to scam someone these days and Im tired. Have this company shutdown! This company is also distributed thru WalMart!

Bought a reconditioned phone through Bestbuy website. It arrived faulty. They never answer your calls. Email correspondence was tedious as hell. Returns process was a living nightmare. I learnt a painful lesson

I bought from BuySpry an Unlocked A1660 iPhone 7 for little more than $300 dollars.
The phone itself was impecable and I couldn't believe it was refurbished or used. It worked like a brand new phone out of the box. Luckily Apple called me up and told me they had fixed my old iPhone 7 and they were sending it back to me. I now had 2 Unlocked iPhone 7's. The Apple repaired iPhone turned out to be a replacement and I think the BuySpry iPhone worked better than the "Apple Replacement Device" I am using now.

Always buy the best with the most, that's the only way to be able to grade a phone.

Sadly I had to return the phone I bought from BuySpry, since I couldn't have 2 of them. That would have been a waste of money so I sent it back. Thank God for Amazon's return policy. I got a full refund after I followed the instructions on how to "Sign out of the device" and wiped it. BuySpry has those little papers with instructions inside the box.

I don't see them selling much on Amazon anymore, maybe that was the last good iPhone 7. But that phone looked new. There was not one scratch on the aluminium case finish at all, felt new. I should now since I bought my last iPhone 7 at the Apple store. The worst thing about Apple is the wait time, you have the money but you still have to wait In line for a stinking Sales representative to Sell you the phone. I don't want to put any proof of purchase since I already got a full refund from BuySpry, so I couldn't we'll enough leave a good review on Amazon either admitting to myself opening and using the iPhone. That's a 15% Deductible charge from my full refunded amount. So I may as well leave a good review here, not on Amazon. Their warranty is the Same as the manufacturers, as if they were brand new, same as the Apple warranty and such. So buying an old iPhone 7 during the iPhone 11Pro release means that Apple will give you time to buy AppleCare as well too. I think, I'm not sure. That's really good though.

Don't waste your time with this company!
I had horrible experience with them. Bought two phones off eBay with them, selected EXCELLENT Condition only to receive a phone that was no way 8/10 or excellent, deep scratches.
Customer service is awful! I did nothing but argued with them. Said they'd give me $15 back when I paid nearly $600, wasn't able to return phone because it's currently the only phone I have and desperately needed one.
A normal company would offer to return more than $15 not them though. Don't trust them with returning the phone anyways because of all the reviews, so I just ended up settling with the $15 so I don't have to deal with them anymore and I'll just take my phone into a family friend to get a new screen..
Terrible company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR ANY 2nd or 3rd party sell.
If you see their company name just RUN!!!!! I wish I would have seen the reviews before hand

They sent me a phone with a defective camera that cost $258. I shipped it back to them. I waited 4 weeks for a refund. They NEVER CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME they claimed they received the PACKAGE EMPTY. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND or REPLACEMENT PHONE and now I am paying interest on the $258 for A PHONE I DO NOT HAVE. AWFUL. STAY FAR AWAY.

Bought a phone through Walmart and BuySpry was the 3rd party seller. I did not look at reviews for this seller and I think Walmart never did either.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. No response after 15 phone calls. Tried to get response through e-mail, it would not accept my order number. I am still trying to get in contact with someone at BuySpry. My letters have gone to an address in Gathersburg, MD. They are non-responsive. Do not purchase anything.

I buy a lot from them on eBay and Amazon, I don't know why people think they can get returns outside of their warranty….. pretty straight forward. They have been nice.

Bought a product from groupon that had a warranty through buyspry. The product was defective so I returned it for another which was defective as well. Tried to get a refund from groupon but they only gave me the option of dealing with buyspry. I contacted them and they claimed that a refund is not an option that only groupon can do that and they could only replace the item after I return it to them and once they receive it. Their warranty information clearly states that they can repair, replace, or refund the item but they claim that is not the case and that they can only replace the item and even claimed I agreed to this. Total scammers and thieves. Avoid them at all cost and never buy any product that has a warranty through buyspry.

DO NOT BUY FROM BuySPRY! Whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company. They sell faulty products with just enough shelf life to get past their 90 day warranty. We bought my son a phone who's battery stopped holding a charge a week before the 90 day mark but BuySPRY did not reply until after the 94 day mark (which was past the warranty). It was his birthday present and after contacting I got the "not our problem" answer. Do not waste your time buying from them! Businesses like this have no business even being able to sell products on Amazon! I will be contacting every possible outlet to provide negative reviews. This is a classic example of "You get what you pay for" and my advise is spend a little more instead of dealing with a SCAM company like BuySPRY!
