Extremely slow.
Takes one week to cancel order because item is out of stock.
Do not use with paypal because they do not put payment on hold waiting for order confirmation; so the money is really sent in Yen; so you gotta pay exchange rates (around 2,5%) twice so 5% in total.

Are extremely slow. Attempted to buy a limited item, took them 4 whole days after payment to purchase the item which was, by the time, already sold out.
