Shed advertised was not the shed we purchased, inferior quality, 15year guarantee, never would have lasted that long. Door hinges fell apart. Sent the shed back,photos to prove my issues. Been waiting two weeks for refund, still waiting. APPALLING SERVICE, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Bought some wooden planters of different sizes
They are really excellent quality, very good value for money, and I鈥檓 very pleased with them
They look beautiful with my herbs and plants in them.
They came ready assembled which was a huge bonus and I dealt with customer services as I had a few queries and they were extremely pleasant and helpful
The planters have been much admired as they are very stylish and I鈥檝e recommended them to various friends and family
I鈥檇 definitely buy from this company again

Need to strengthen door and make more rigid especially at closed position – wind broke lock brackets off and we had to rivet stronger clamp.

Two chats online (same person) saying they would look into refund.
3/6/20 Email from Company saying they were passing to the department today for refund, but will not show in my account for a few days.
Obviously this was not passed on 13/5/20 when it was promised I would get refund 5-7 days. I have asked for explanation but no reply. Obviously I will not be buying from this company again. Ok ordering but not if you want a refund.

As it arrived the driver unloaded it ans he dropped it. I was a bit annoyed but not to worry…. we are in a lock down so it does not matter as plenty of time on our hands. New shed arrived within a week! Pretty amazing due to the pandemic right now I am so impressed. Been lovely to sit in the shed and read my news paper ignoring the current problems we are facing right now. As I sit in my shed, I wouldn't even know what is going on. Fab customer service could not fault it. Working so hard at this bad time. I'd give them 6 starts but unfortunately not an option. XX

Excellent product and very robust. Description was accurate and although sizeable was easy to erect. Will definitely buy from BuyShedsDirect again

The shed arrives in a one large Cardboard box
Managed to erect with my wife helping to hold on even with a slight breeze it wasn鈥檛 easy
Took about six hours from opening the box to tidying my tools away
Was Pleased with my purchase until it rained in the instructions it says use a sealant when assembling the ridge I did but water has still found it鈥檚 way through
Definitely a design fault should be some part designed to cover the joint
The anchors that where supplied are not any use where fixing on pathing slabs the shank is not far off being the same thickness as the Slab

Avoid avoid avoid. Customer service appalling and the base of the shed does not fit. Measured out the correct lengths but the screw holes don鈥檛 match up. I have paid 3 builders to erect this by lunchtime and since 7am they have been on this mess with nothing matching. Can鈥檛 stress enough, avoid at all cost

Arrived on time, item as described easily assembled and does the job. Well recommended

No problems with ordering or delivery but disappointed with quality of the shed. The two doors do not fit tight to each other and one side has to be lifted to reach the latch. Had two splinters in the first week due to the rough wood and there was a large blob of glue running down one door panel. Very disappointing

Pretty bloody shoddy for 拢579, Just about everything was warped or bowed. And the fitting kit/screws supplied were next to useless, not to mention the appalling instructions, what a waste of time they were. good job I had a lot of longer and extra screws to hand, and a good deal of patience not to mention saw to hand to actually make this shed useable. Felt was also odd, I had one piece that was of a different finish to the other 2 and a different colour. Had to actually cut the roof panals to make them useable, as everything was out of square.
Would not use this company again but for now I'm stuck with this shed. P#ss poor really.

Trying to buy a slide for the grand children. 鈥淚n stock鈥漣t advertises. Got to checkout only to find that 鈥渋n stock鈥漨eans a 28 days delivery. ,! ! Can鈥檛 be 鈥?in stock鈥?then. Won鈥檛 buy now as have lost confidence in them if they don鈥檛 know the difference

We purchased an 8 x 6 Glencoe wood grain colour yardmaster metal shed. It was delivered promptly and was a fair price so that's why 3 stars. However ease of putting together deserved minus stars, despite 2 Handy men. Many of the holes were misaligned, there were no holes in the Perspex roof panels, and many of the woodgrain panels were scratched. The scratched panels were due to lack of layer packaging, I assume this is to reduce waste, I am sure there are now biodegradable/recyclable options though. This will not impact on the integrity of the shed, which on the whole fits the purpose it was purchased for.

We purchased a 10'x8' Forest Overlap Apex Shed in May 2020. It was delivered promptly and efficiently on the appointed day by Greg who was very helpful and carried the components across our garden to a convenient place for us.

The assembly instructions for the shed were reasonably comprehensive and comprehensible. There were one or two issues to iron out, e.g. needing a larger drill bit than the one recommended for fitting the bolts in the roof truss. Some of the framing pieces were not straight and so G-cramps to pull them into line while the screws were inserted were necessary. This also caused some issues with hanging the doors. We needed to insert spacers behind the hinges to make the doors meet correctly. There are several imperfections in the planking. Three knots fell out during construction leaving significant peepholes! Some of the planks have splits in them which would cause good ventilation (!) and some of the overlaps also have gaps. In practice, as we have some woodworking skills, we have coped with the above issues. The whole assembly took us just over a week.

The Good Thing: The clever design did indeed allow two septuagenarians to assemble the shed and feel quite proud of themselves and the finished product! We did actually require a third pair of hands and eyes for the fitting of the roof panels. On the whole we are happy with our purchase.

Really poor quality shed, warped panels with many holes in feather boards. Each panel of shed came in 2-3 pieces so time consuming to erect. Very disappointed.

Do not buy anything from this company!!!!! Dreadful quality. Panels were warped, the wood is exceptionally poor quality, you can see daylight through the panels, the wood is thin and the outside colour is different for most of the panelling. Dreadful dreadful dreadful!! I did not want to give any star rating at all, but had to in order to warn future customers. The shed was for our Father who is 89 and we were embarrassed at what arrived. We have had to get someone in to put proper panelling around the shed, to reinforce the frame and very flimsy door. The door furniture was cheap and nasty which was sharp around the edges like knife. The windows are not glass they are plastic too. How dare you sell such shoddy products. Shame on you!!!

Ordered a shed from this company 2 weeks ago with a clearly stated lead time of 3 to 4 weeks.
Of course they require the 拢719. At the point of ordering, which I duly paid.i ordered from this company because the lead time was within the timescale required as the shed is a present for my partner.
Recieved an email 2 days later with some rather worrying terms and conditions which were not stated at the point of purchase. Ie if you are not at home when they deliver or the base for the shed is not up to standard there is a very heavy financial surcharge. The 2015 consumer rights act does not allow this sort of behaviour!
2 weeks after ordering I recieved a text saying the shed would arrive on 26.06.2020. This is 6 week after ordering and not the 3 to 4 weeks as contracted.
Of course they sent this information on a saturday morning when their offices are closed for the weekend and you have no way of contacting them.
I am very concerned after reading some recent reviews on this company, as they seem to behave in a very underhand manner.
Probably best avoided!

I'm sorry but that's rubbish!
There were no such warning and even if there was you are still beyond the contracted delivery time. I did note yesterday however that since I placed the order lead time on the product in question has now changed to 4 to 5 weeks. And there is now a statement asking customers not to contact you unless the circumstances are urgent due to covid 19! That is very poor customer care!
How appropriate that you are available to try and counter poor reviews on the weekends but youre not available to communicate with customers who's money you have taken!

First the good news, good contact from company, arrived when expected and all parts included.
Now the bad news, don't buy the palram skylight plastic shed. Definitely not worth the money, far too flimsy. Two of us managed to put up in about 5 hours, but had to hold the sides until the roof supports were in place. Only a slight breeze but still wobbly like a jelly. Luckily it is against a wall so protected against winds but wouldn't trust it to stay up otherwise. Definitely wasted a lot of money on something that is only worth 拢199. The photos make it look like very rigid plastic, so don't be fooled, very, very, disappointed.

A great selection of sheds, at very good prices. I bought two different sheds both were very good quality for the price. The sheds were delivered on time. I would definitely recommend BuyShedsDirect.

Disappointingly Really Poor quality Materials , all timber and slats are far too thin and of poor quality resulting in a very rickerty product , the door hinges and latches are so poor that they cannot support the weight of the doors , it would have been much better to have my joiner for the day to build the same product but with quality timber ( at possibly less cost !)

Ordered a shed on 4th May, got a delivery date for the 14th May, it then got cancelled 2 days before and rescheduled for the 28th May, I have now received a text this morning saying it will be delivered on the 11th June! Really not happy with the service I have received.

I have only assembled and used the raised beds, they are good quality and I found them easy to assemble on my own.
I am just about to buy 2 more!
