Ordered two ' John Adams Make a bear ' they were priced lower than anywhere else, paid by PayPal, they arrived on time in excellent condition, would use this company again, could not ask for more.

This company takes your money and fails to provide you with your goods AND THEN fail to answer the telephone when you call customer service. I have been listening to the WORST music while awaiting a response from a customer service agent FOR OVER AN HOUR NOW. I have now hung up and contacting Trading Standards.

Took 12 days to arrive after ordering by first class post.

Knowing what I wanted to buy for my daughter, I was searching the web in the uk and france when I tcame across 'buysend' with a price a few pounds lower than anyone else. Their communication was rapid and friendly and postage very reasonable to France – not an easy thing to get! The product was just what I was looking for.
