Then from time to time, they'd cancel the already accepted ads, and made the transaction completely disappear from the record for "fraud". Ok, I thought, it must be some scammers who tried to buy ads from me through Buysellads.
Then eventually, BSA removed my blog from their MarketPlace because "It attracts fraud" they said. What the heck? I contacted them and said I have no way of knowing if an advertiser is a scammer or not. All I get is "Ads Sold" from BSA and my job is just to click on "Yes" or "No". Since BSA has the resource to tell the difference, I am willing to work closely with them to prevent it from happening. I asked them please identify advertisers' legitimacy before sending them to me for "yes or no". Well, that did not work.
They still avoided all the responsibility on their part and they refused to list my blog in their Marketpalce again.
After that, I have sent them multiple emails and they refused to even reply.
From then on, I have sold nothing even though people can still see "Ads Here" on my blog which would lead to BSA inventory page if they click on it. Clearly, the one attracting the scammers was not my blog, but BSA marketplace! Conclusion, BSA just does not want to be legally responsible for the scammers who THEY attract. That's why they erase all the records and blame it on the publishers…
So I have been running BSA codes on my blog with only the backfill which is Adsense ads. Recently, all the sudden, the backfill no longer works. Adsense no longer shows up. I went to BSA.com, and I saw a message "Important: A system update is in progress. Ads are still serving during this time, although intermittent issues may be noticed in your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please email support and we will be happy to help!"
I emailed them. No reply for 2 weeks. I sent it again from a different email address. Again no reply for a week.
I have to say, they are extremely unprofessional at this point on the top of trying to avoid the responsibility of possible fraud from advertisers…which was THEIR job to identify in the first place!
Very disappointed. I actually never even wanted to tell my experience even though I was unfairly treated. The final strike is their unresponsive behavior. I believe they have a "blacklist". And they don't respond to emails from this "blacklist".
Time to share my experience…
,
1) takes money
2) claims that you were flogged for fraud and demands photocopy of your driver's license
3) does not allow you to log in to see the ad performance
4) does not respond
5) no traffic boost whatsoever coming from the site you supposedly run the ads

Beside that since then the design and possible finding of best ROI ad's in there has become very bad.
All in all not worth another look.

I have bought a monthly ad campaign for roughly $150
I had 2 clicks between the first and the 19th of october. I could get clicks from facebook and google at much less money. To be precise I can get google clicks for $3.5 per click.
This service is not transparent at all.
