Very inexpensive PREP and good shipping time

I had a great experience with the ordering process. The only problem I had and it could be do to covid my shipment took 46 days.

They are great, especially if you pay with Bitcoin. I wish that they would offer express DHL as an additional pay-for option. But no complaints, everything has come through. Very clear communications via email.

Glad I ordered from you. My order from another company had not come after waiting 5 weeks, so I was worried about running out of my medication. I got my pkg from you in 2 weeks. Very happy. But the expiration date on them was such that had I not needed to use them immediately, they'd have expired before I could use them. Cutting it too close guys. I got 7 bottles and had 7 months til they expired. But at least I got them, unlike the other company.

Great service

I placed an order. The order was lost before reaching the United States. I contacted Prep Generic but they did not respond. I assumed they were a sham and provided a false tracking number. A few days later I received a email from the USPS asking if the package they sent was ever received. It looks like both Prep Generic and USPS were looking for the package but USPS website shows it was never received by USPS. I'm giving them 4 stars because they said the package would arrive in 10 days and it took about that long to ship.

I was quite satisfied with the simplicity of ordering my medication from PrEP. The delivery time is slow coming from overseas, so make allowances for that, as I did. The medication arrived when they said it would, all in sealed, tamper-proof bottles. Safe and also the cheapest I could find on the web. Well done!

Timely shipment

Overall service was excellent. Shipped the product to mainland China and had some concerns since the package could not be tracked. However, it arrived a couple of weeks later. We are now seeing the quality of the medication ordered and if it is 100%.
