I ordered a Samsung note 9 digitizer on 16th of November. Then I read all the bad reports about them.seems I have wasted my money tried to contact them by email no response.as I wanted to know when my order was going to be shipped. Order 000002525.tried to contact shipping company .gave reference number don't know about it.this company is just after your money.scammers I have lost 拢181.dont use this company

Ordered a screen on January 27th / Delivered on April 2nd but wasn't the good item. Wrote to customer service. Someone said me than a package will be in sent on the week, on April 5th.
We' re Novembre 1st. Still nothing
The 2 differents tracking number i got for the 2nd expedition are not found for 1 and "waiting" for the 2nd one.
I wrote to the customer service on september 14th / September 26th / September 30th / October 11th / October 19th. Still no reply.

We ordered a replacement screen for our tablet and it still has not arrived but the money was taken out of our account. We have sent emails and have received no correspondence. We have also notified the BBB and AGO.

What up where is my package nobody answer me.it is almost 3 months I did not get my Samsung note 5 lcd screen.give me refund rings now .

even through the package was delayed, but the product was good!

First of all, it took over 3 months to get my package. i had to constantly nag them about my item. second of all, they sent me wrong item. 3rd of all, when i asked for a refund i was told to send item back.. so pretty much wait 3-4 months for the item to ship back to china.. then maybe, they will respond.. and after i nag them 100x i will maybe get my refund.. no thank you.

i ordered some parts during start of china virus, when the parts got to customs they were returned to china, i contacted buypaz and they researched it and reordered. i received them 8/31/2020, it took a while but buypaz stayed with it until i got them.

Item was never received.

Still haven't received anything, have been waiting for months.

Ordered Kindle Fire HD 10 2015 SR87CV Lcd Display + Touch Screen Replacement, it is STILL in processing mode even after contacting them regarding a shipping date.
I paid for the faster shipping rate(10-22 days) 1/2 of that time frame has already past. Covid should not be an excuse for processing shipments and shipping. As a business owner myself I ship worldwide including China with few major delays.
I'll give it a few more days before I request a refund. I won't wait months like some have

I ordered a 3D printer but they had many complications in sending it.
I was waiting for 2 months, so I am now getting a refund.

They have listed on their website an "original" screen and digitizer for lg g8x.

The screen can with dirty fingerprints all over the back of the digitizer. The screen does work and turn on. However, there is supposed to be a fingerprint scanner on it and the data antenna is supposed to be incorporated into the screen.

After testing it and watching it turn on, I completed the install. It turns out that there is no fingerprint scanner on it (which, now that I know, can even bee seen in the photo on the product page that they blacked out the area where the scanner goes) and there is no data antenna. This results in not being able to use your fingerprint at all and not being able to get a data signal at all.

I asked for a refund and they just keep avoiding my concern. They keep saying the screens are tested before shipping but they aren't addressing my actual concern. Which is that they are lying about the product. the screens are rebuilt, poorly, and will not work correctly after you install them. They turn on so you think it will work, but they won't.

Then they announce they won't give a refund if the screen has been installed. This is a complete scam website based out of China. They will lie to you and steal your money. Surprise? I think not. Last time I buy something from China.

Extremely Bad Transaction!! Purchased the New 15.4" LCD Laptop Screen on April 29/2020 and I still have not received my item, plus my last correspondence info related to my "Tracking #" was May 5/20! There has been no updates by Buypaz or Canada Post or Canada Customs! I realized there would be some delay because of Covid-19 Pandemic; causing the entire Global Mail/Package Delivery system to be impacted; but this many weeks have gone by, without any information from all "Parties" involved! So, I am requesting a REFUND!!

Qi waited 6 weeks any tablet wasn't shipped so I cancelled my order for a refund.

I have still not received the item I purchased and I have not received a tracking number so I have no idea where my package is

It's now two months 馃槶 still waiting for my parcel

Pretty slow delevery. But not buypaz fault.
The part is perfect an good packing. Will buy again.
