I purchased MS Office for $59.99, but when I tried to activate the software, the code was wrong. Plus there was reference to a link to download the software, but no such link existed. Called several times and emailed, but no response. Will try to get money back through PayPal.

Purchased a copy of Window 7 Home Premium back in April. In July, the license key would no longer work and Windows kept telling me that my copy of Windows was "not genuine." Upon contacting Microsoft, I discovered that the license that this company sold me was an MSDN license. Any attempts to contact the company have failed and the phone number listed on their site has been disconnected.
I highly advise people to stay away from these scammers.

I bought a Microsoft Office 2013 from this online store. After 24hrs of the company receiving my payment, I was supposed to get an e-mail containing the key code so I can download the software. 3 days later, I still have not received the e-mail. I tried to contact this tore several times, via e-mail and their fake phone number, but there was no answer. I paid this product with my Paypal account. I currently have an open dispute for this company.
