I would recommend buy my place , to sell your property. We were impressed by the continual support we received along the way.
As the actual seller, you actually need to do your research regarding the type of property , in our case a survey strata block,
What that means, know the area your property is in. The actual age and additional improvements you have made, and if the council have approved it.
My son's property wasn't straight forward , you have to provide correct information if , in our case, knowledge of what shared encumbrance means.
However , you also need to have communication skills , to connect with your buyers that come through your home.
As I was involved in the renovation of the house to sell, I could provide feedback on these details. If I didn't have the information at the time, I would provide follow up with a text message.
I particularly liked the idea of the buying going to a settlement agent , to place an offer. My son who actually lives overseas , handled that stage , and did it very well.
Be prepared for offers to fall through, which happened to us.
I would recommend buy my place, and have also gained alot from the experience, in knowledge and self confidence.

Very happy with the service, all went as planned. I do think it鈥檚 the internet which sells a property these days, not the agent. People were happy that they were dealing with the owner and that I could answer all there questions. I had a lot of emails also had a few open homes but only a few attended. I still sold after 1 mth after reducing price by only $5,000 (which then created a lot of interest). Would use again.

Super easy to get started, a simple and extremely effective way to sell your house. Great back-up service, professional photographer was fantastic as was the real estate copy writer ….we couldn't be any happier. Our house was up loaded at 5:30pm on a Wednesday evening and by 10pm that night we had 6 enquiries two of these both made offers and one was the eventual purchaser. We continued to have enquiries over the next 4 days but by then the house was sold!

A huge money saver, we were only selling land so no "Home Open" scenarios to deal with. My only gripe is that the corflute "For Sale" sign suffered badly from exposure to the weather.
