I purchased one of the larger natural Ram's horn shofars and am very pleased with it. The shipping/tracking process could be improved a little, but the shofar arrived in a reasonable time safe and sound.

Lovely items, but tracking of deliveries and communication needs serious help. This needs to be made clear upfront on the website in terms of explaining shipping times – getting no updates for several days is extremely frustrating. This needs to happen automatically from your system to our email so we know when to expect deliveries.

Had a shipping mix up and the product was originally sent to the wrong address, however, these folks shipped a new item to me immediately. Thanks again!

First, the staff at buyjudaica sent my order to my billing address even though my receipt showed it on its way to my shipping address. When my order finally arrived, it was NOT the product I ordered. I have notified them, but have yet to receive a response.
