I was charged by the buyketonow for items I never ordered, I did try to call them with no results. Phone either kept ringing or was just stopped ringing and hung up/disconnected. I made a complaint to my cc and they are looking into it. The cc card company put a stop on my card and issued me a new number, I just got notified today thru my cc company by email that that company has tried to put through another charge on the old cc number and it was declined but my cc card company says that sometimes companies can get my new number. I want this company to stop trying to bill me for items I have not ordered nor received.

I did not order this bottle and have contacted keto several times and to no progress in having all canceled..

I ordered the keto pills back in April for a one time payment of $32.99 but the company is still sending pills that I have not ordered nor did I authorized this company to bill and send pills on my behalf. I haven鈥檛 been on their site since the day I ordered the pills so why/ how is my bank card being authorized for purchases I am not order??

Order special, to try, did not work, tried cancelling received another shipment, again cancelled received email saying my order was cancelled but got a third shipment. They will not refund my money unless I pay to send back, and pay 35% restock fee. But will not guarentee they got it unless I insure mail return.

This company buyketofast.com is a scam. i ordered because of the BS on facebook. They are just as responsible for advertising this scam. I ordered and immediately canceled being told there would be no charge. Well guess what, there was. i have emails proving it was canceled and have filed a fraud dispute with the bank. Facebook needs to check what it is allowing to be sold worse that it needs to worry about political BS..

Went down pretty much like the previous complaints. Once processed they take the $$ and did not ship. been since May 2020. They keep saying, its on it way. Forward USPS tracking that goes no where. 3 time asking to confirm address. BEWARE

I ordered a product recieved it and returned it and it has been almost 2 months and still nothing.

Product claimed to cost $34.99 for 1 bottle. They shipped 6 bottles, created a membership and charged me $198.00. Falsely advertised, super sneaky fine print, DOES NOT WORK! IN FACT I GAINED WEIGHT> DO NOT BUY!

I called my wife after my Physical Therapy to let her know that I was going to the store & to see what she needed. Five minutes later she called me back to tell me to just come home that we only had $7 in our Bank account. I told her that couldn't be. She told me that there was a POS Debit CHS Bid Place On 07-27-2020 855 950 092 (833-955-0079). This was a UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT BID PLACE & USE OF OUR ACCOUNT. We NEVER heard of this company before or ordered anything from them & when I called them I spoke to Ashley # 105 & got nowhere.

Same thing as everyone else. The prices was supposed t by $39.99, buy 2 get three free. They charged me $154.94 for 5 bottles, not buy 2 get 3 free. Also signed me up for 2 other products (Cleanse $34.98 and Magazine $1.99), that I did not order. Called immediately, was given cancel confirmation numbers, its been over a week, check my account and the charges were still there, called back, was told they already shipped, impossible….I literally checked my account and called them back as soon as I ordered (fearing this!!!), so how was it already shipped AND I have FAKE cancellation confirmations numbers. Then he told me he would escalate it and that I would receive an email detailing my refund within 24 hours……but couldn't offer me a conf#, NOT THAT IT MATTERED. Close your accounts, because they will bill you in 3-5 months.

I suupossedely ordered a free bottle for shipping only and was charged $198.70 and 34.98 plus a new bottle arrived today with no invoice charge price noted.

The ad stated; buy 3 get 2 free for $34.95. I put in my info but the screen went to black. No name or confirmation# was given. I called the telephone number listed to cancel the order and got a voice message. Still no call back, no confirmation #. I called my card company, explain what took place and was told as soon as the charges posted I could file a dispute, which I did on june 11th. Today I received another bottle of KetoBoost. I called the number on the packing slip and spoke with Twan. I asked how I received another bottle because I had not ordered any. I'm then told it was set up to be a reoccurring charge and the KetoFit will come at a later date. I told him "absolutely not" to cancel my account. Twan then offered a 35% discount to continue, "NO thank you",then he offered a 65% discount to continue, AGAIN, NO THANK YOU. I was given a cancel confirmation # so here's hoping he did what he said he'd do.

They are still shipping to us after we cancelled!

I order one time only the keto fit..when order was complete I noticed they had attracted the keto booster to my order which I had not wanted. Now today I received the keto fit and booster again which I did not order!!!!!!! This is a scam I need stopped right away.

Today I received a bottle of Keto Fit and Keto Booster that I did not order. I had ordered previously two bottle but did not sign up for an automatic re-order service. After being on hold for 15 minutes and 43 seconds someone picked up. I told them I had not ordered the second shipment and if I was put on a re-order program I wanted to be off of it(I never use automatic re-order for anything). After saying no to a number of offers and having the operator spell what I could not understand I was put on hold. When they came back I was told my name was off the list for re-order and I was given a cancelation number. They got of the phone pretty quickly and I was not given a chance to talk about getting my money back or sending the product back. I guess I will have to suck up the lost. I found this product on Shark Tank and I am thinking "that is why they are always changing the product they are offering; maybe they are shady too. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM BOTH COMPANIES!!!!

I received a package this afternoon. After I opened it, I found it was one bottle of KetoBooster pills. There is a receipt in the package indicating that the bottle of pills was ordered on June 24, 2020. In fact, I ordered nothing that day. My only order of KetoBooster is on May 24, 2020, which I had paid on the exact same day and I received the goods later.
After receiving this package which I never ordered, I immediately checked my credit card account. I found that my credit card account was deducted $34.98 on June 24, 2020. My account shows that the amount was to somebody named CHS*HEALTHFAST SHOP CANOGA PARK CA. But in fact, I did not make any purchases at that time. I called the phone number listed in the former confirmation email but nobody answered me. I sent an email to the listed email address and still wait for the replication.

I am in basically the same boat as the others–I ordered the product and when asked if I wanted the Boost–the screen went blank and my bank account was immediately hit with 2 charges. The first $198.70 and then $34.98. I have been unable to get anyone on the following phone # that appears is 833-955-0079, 877-726-0252, 877-955-0078, & 833-930-0194. This stuff does NOT work. I'm out $233.68 +$34.98. How can you cancel if you can not get a hold of them?

Ordered one product, but got two. Did not order Keto Booster, but they sent it any and then charge you every month. On line they say there is a 60 day money back guarantee, but when you call their customer service it is only 30 days.

My husband thought he was just ordering one shipment of pills but now we keep getting charged on my credit card for all different amounts randomly but not receiving anything, I keep trying to call the number but it鈥檚 a disconnected number, how do we stop them? This is insane!

Product was accidentally ordered on Facebook. Within minutes, I called and cancelled the transaction because I did not approve of it. The company told me that the order was in fact cancelled. The money was then taken out of my account, and was not refunded. I called them back and they said it was cancelled and the money would be returned in 10-14 days. The product was shipped to me even though the order was cancelled. I returned the shipment and I called them with my tracking #. They told me it would be back in my account within a few days. The money was never refunded me, and now I just received an email saying that the product is non-refundable. I have all supporting documentation but cannot attach it at this time

Same as everyone else that has posted before me BUT they have also hit my debit card for a a monthly "subscription" for $9.99 that was not authorized or ever wanted!!!!

Saw ad ketofit on facebook. Filled out info for free trial, next thing I know is my card was debited $198.70. I called but only to get hung up on. They would pick up and hang up. I emailed them numerous times with no response. Its a shame people get away with taking your money like this.

Ordered 1 bottle for 34.98 on 5/26/20 and received confirmation email. Upon checking my credit card, I saw they charged this amount PLUS $198.70. I called them on May 28th (Indian person), and was told the order had been sent and they couldn't credit the $198.70 until I sent it back. As of today, June 24th, I still have received nothing.
