Do not purchase from them. They are scammers. Probably any good reviews they have are fake. People have been complaining against them all across the internet. In my case, and this is similar to some other cases, I was going to order an item, so I entered in my PayPay details but decided not to, so did not press 'pay' yet I was charged for the order, and other items which were added in to the order. I suspect they are using keystroke malware, capturing your PayPal details that way, and then placing the order.

Ordered my waterfall on 4 July. It is now 8 November. Despite constant weekly requests for a refund I am being fobbed off with delivery promises. This company is a scam. I have no faith that I will ever receive my product and certainly won鈥檛 get a refund. Even the emails are obviously written by AI or someone whose first language is not English.

I purchased 2 waterfalls, 2 refill cones in a bulk pack and only received 1 waterfall and 1 pack of cones. I requested a refund and they asked me to send it back which I did and paid $60+ to have it shipped back as I just wanted my money back and they never gave me my full refund! It鈥檚 been 3 months and I鈥檓 still waiting, they keep telling me it鈥檚 been refunded but I believe it鈥檚 bullocks. They keep sending me the same message. This is a horrible experience! Their customer service team is shocking.

The burner is cool, but the cones smell bitter and stink up my house.

My excitement turned into anger when I received a broken incense. I sent them an email along with photos showing damaged unit. Their support staff is very helpful enough and arranged immediate replacement sent to my address and received after 4 days along a with a discount code which i can use for future purchases.

Delivery is fast, it will take less than 5 days after placing the order. You don't have to worry on delivery damages since item is well packed. I bought this as a gift for my wife, she really love this product and makes her very relaxed after a long and toxic day from work. Very impressed with this great product! I don't normally buy things online but definitely was worth it. This thing actually works and its so relaxing. I receive the item sooner than the promised delivery date. Customer service was great and professional. Doesnt flow like it's supposed to, had different random charges on my credit card from them and it messed up my card. And they refuse to refund me in any way they're very uncompensetic Very dissapointed in this product, do not recommend this to anyone it's a scam

Absolutely gorgeous! And works perfect, the smoke goes down every leaf and into the bottom. Mesmerizing to watch. Came with a mixed bag of back flow cones. Customer service is really excellent. Will definitely order more in the future.

I really really love the Lavender and Rose scents of the cones. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or I want to relax from a looong day, I just light these babies up and it works like magic! It relieves stress and helps me get better sleep. Also, products arrived on time. I was sceptical at first but I have to say that I am impressed.. Very impressed with this product! This thing actually works and looks really cool. So glad to have extra cones on my order, I was able to received my order in the timeframe given and received them completely. I was not sure of the instructions how to use it and was able to seek help easily from their there customer service. I was trying to back out at first because I wasn't expecting to pay an additional charge for the small extra cones, called their support line, and spoke with a lady who let me know I will be getting 2 bags of 200 organic incense. Still, as much as I love to try it out I was relieved by getting an additional discount for me to enjoy the burner. I got my package within 7 days instead of the standard propagation time. Thank you to that lady who assisted me and gave me the chance to have an outlet to relieve my stress after a hard day's work. To bad though I cannot remember the name of the lady.
